In a move that is triggering leftists like never before, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has introduced a bill that aims to give Kyle Rittenhouse a Congressional Gold Medal.
Kyle was slandered as a “murderous white supremacist” by Democrats over the past year, and they were absolutely devastated when he became a free man.
Now, Greene is aiming to rub salt in their wounds.
The new bill simply reads:
“H.R.6070 – To award a Congressional Gold Medal to Kyle H. Rittenhouse, who protected the community of Kenosha, Wisconsin, during a Black Lives Matter (BLM) riot on August 25, 2020.”
Amazing.
As Fox News points out, “the bill is likely symbolic and unlikely to succeed because Democrats control both the House of Representatives and the Senate. Bills for Congressional Gold Medals have to be co-sponsored by two-thirds of both chambers, according to the Post. The bill didn’t have any co-sponsors yet as of Friday.”
While speaking to the PostMillenial, MTG said, “Democrats planted the seeds of chaos and stoked violence in cities all across our country for a year. Communities suffered billions in damages by BLM / Antifa domestic terrorists, all while the media cheered it on. A 17 year-old boy stepped forward when most men stayed home. Kyle Rittenhouse deserves to be remembered as a hero who defended his community, protected businesses, and acted lawfully in the face of lawlessness. I’m proud to file this legislation to award Kyle Rittenhouse a Congressional Gold Medal.”
Greene recently retweeted this image on Twitter saying she “greatly admires” both Rittenhouse and President Trump:
Two men I greatly admire along with a mother who has had to endure more than she ever thought she could.
Kyle thanks Pres Trump for two most important things the left is trying to destroy.
We must always uphold our Constitution, defend our 2A, & stop our enemies who hate them. https://t.co/DTNnyFqaii

Although the bill is likely to fail, it will no doubt trigger tens of thousands of snowflakes in the process.
Worth it? Absolutely.
