Are the Democrats that have cheered the protesters showing up outside of the homes of conservative Supreme Court justices responsible for what tragedies might result from the presence of those crowds?
According to Senate Republican Conference Chair Sen. John Barrasso, a GOP member from Wyoming, the answer is “yes”, at least in part.
He said as much when he appeared on FNC’s “America Reports” and attacked Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, the radical Democrat from New York, saying:
“Thanks to the police officers for being there and responding so quickly. That man was there. As he stated, apparently, he was there to murder Justice Kavanaugh.
“I believe Chuck Schumer bears some responsibility because he has contributed to this atmosphere of directly attacking members, by name, of the Supreme Court.”
Noting what exactly it was that he thinks makes Schumer responsible, Barrasso said:
“Remember, talking about abortion, Chuck Schumer went to the steps of the Supreme Court, and he called out Kavanaugh by name.”
FNC’s John Roberts, host of the show and appropriately named for a discussion about the Supreme Court, pressed Barrasso for details about what Schumer said that would make him responsible, saying “What did he say, unleash a whirlwind, or something?”
Replying and quoting Schumer to prove his point about why the New York Democrat is at least partially responsible, Barrasso said:
“He said, ‘I’m telling you Kavanaugh, you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you.’ That is a pretty direct threat.
“Now with the Supreme Court ready to rule on abortion, it was the abortion issue we are talking about. We have passed a bill in the Senate to provide additional protection for all members of the Supreme Court, all nine members. Nancy Pelosi in the House has refused to take it up.”
As a reminder, Schumer, when he appeared on the steps of the Supreme Court and attacked conservative justices by name, said:
“I want to tell you, Justice Kavanaugh and Justice Gorsuch, you have unleashed a whirlwind, and you will pay the price. You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions.”

Well, now it looks like some members of Schumer’s party are taking that seriously, with at least one trying to assassinate Justice Kavanaugh in his home, though luckily that attempted assassin was stopped by police before entering the home.
Created Equal, a pro-life group, also blamed Schumer for the attempted attack, saying:
“Today, an abortion advocate apparently acted on the incendiary words of Sen. Chuck Schumer that Justice Brett Kavanaugh ‘will pay the price.’ The inflammatory rhetoric of the left is leading to violence. It’s time for the Biden administration to publicly call for abortion advocates to turn down the temperature.”
Meanwhile, radicals attacked a pregnancy center in Oregon, with CompassCare CEO Rev. Jim Harden saying:
“The building itself sustained heavy damage.”It is unusable at present. At least 25% fire damage and 100% smoke damage throughout.”
