How bad are Biden’s financial policies, particularly ones having to do with the massive amount of spending that Team Biden engaged in during the first year of his presidency, spending that flooded the economy with even more cash and many suggest led to the current inflation crisis that’s eating into the savings and financial health of many American families?
According to Fox News commentator Will Cain, those spending decisions are so bad that they “shook the foundations” of American society and are leading to massive shifts in American culture and the American economy.
Speaking on that, Cain said:
“Build Back Better, $1.9 trillion, would be another $2.3 trillion if not for Joe Manchin. That causes then inflation. The policies then exacerbate the national malaise, which lies at the doorstep of Joe Biden. He says — by the way, Lawrence, you know what he says? He says, well, if it’s on me, why is it happening across the globe?
“And I’m going to tell you why it’s happening across the globe. Because the ideas of Build Back Better, which foundations sit on climate justice, reorganizing our economy — that’s their words, transforming our economy — were echoed in the U.K., in Canada, in New Zealand. It’s part of what was considered the Great Reset.
“Let this opportunity not go to waste. So what they did, Lawrence, is they shook the foundations of not just economy, but the society with this opportunity.
“And as such, while they shook the foundations talking about reimagining our history, our policing, our climate, they ended up with ripples at the surface.
“Inflation, higher interest rates, a stock market that’s now below 30,000. They took advantage of the opportunity and they metastasized the crisis and this malaise, this national depression.”
So, in Cain’s view, the decision to spend so much money and rework the economy by flooding it with cash, using restrictions and spending to rework the world into what they want it to be.
Biden, for his part, has remained unrepentant about his administration’s massive amounts of spending, even going so far as to champion his massive amount of spending in a recent speech to the AFL-CIO and saying that he doesn’t “want to hear any more of these lies about reckless spending”.
In another interview, Biden even suggested that his spending has not had much of an impact on inflation, saying:
“You could argue whether [the American Rescue Plan] had a marginal, minor impact on inflation. I don’t think it did. And most economists do not think it did. But the idea that caused inflation is bizarre.”
Well whether he likes it or not and whether he agrees with it or not, he’s the one being blamed for inflation and people, particularly those who watch shows like Cain’s and realize the extent to which all of his actions are changing their lives for the worse, aren’t happy about it; as Fox News quotes one person as saying, “Biden has definitely changed my life for the worse.”
