For wealthy Democrats that prattle on endlessly about how great illegal immigration is from the safety of their gated mansions and lily-white East Coast retreats, the whole idea of illegal immigration must have been like seeing a tiger. It looks nice and cute when you’re just looking at one online or hearing a story about them, but when things get up close and personal things can go south in a hurry, as those who actually have to deal with them know.
What might sound good at first: letting in all those who “yearn to be free” (to prey on America and ship cash back to Mexico), turns into an utter disaster once tens of thousands of non-English speaking, non-assimilated, uneducated illegal immigrants show up at your doorstep.
Such is what Mayor Bowser of D.C. is learning now that Texas Governor Greg Abbot has sent many illegal immigrants her way, freaking out over the idea of having them in her community now that she’s actually having to deal with the tigers.
In fact, not only has she called for the national guard to be deployed to deal with the migrants being sent her way, but has complained about the illegals who have arrived, saying:
“Well, this is a very significant issue. We have for sure called on the federal government to work across state lines to prevent people from really being tricked into getting on buses.
“We think they’re largely asylum seekers who are going to final destinations that are not Washington, D.C. I worked with the White House to make sure that FEMA provided a grant to a local organization that is providing services to folks. I fear that they’re being tricked into nationwide bus trips when their final destinations are places all over the United States of America.”
Well, Rep. Chip Roy of Texas appeared on Tucker Carlson’s program and ripped into her for that, hammering her hard for being so pro-illegal immigration until the illegals started showing up in her city and causing problems for her, saying:
“Welcome to the party, pal. In Texas today we are going to have 7,000 people crossing the border and half of that is in Texas.
Cry me a river about the 50 bodies in Texas in the morgue where the sheriff is dealing with dead migrants. Talk to the families that are concerned about the people packing pistols…Welcome to the party. I don’t want to hear your complaining.
“We want to talk about racism? How about the racism about the DHS forcing border patrol agents to be accused of whipping patience and being called racist with a completely unfounded charge. Sick of this garbage.”
As are we all, Rep. Roy, though at least now the DC Democrats are learning the truth of “diversity is our strength” as it’s their town that gets overrun with the illegal immigrants that they’ve all but encouraged to run across the border and illegally enter the country.
Tucker mocked her as well, joking that she was a racist and saying:
“Like most big-city mayors, Muriel Bowser Washington, D.C., has made life or her own residence much, much worse over the couple years and that the same time she showed great concern for illegal aliens come here. She declared Washington, D.C., a sanctuary city. She said the city would pay to fight the government’s efforts to deport people. She said the city would give illegal aliens free housing, health care, education. Well, why wouldn’t people from around the world take Muriel Bowser up on her offer? They have and they have moved there in huge numbers. That’s a win for diversity, right? No. It turns out Muriel Bowser and we don’t use this word lightly is a white supremacist. Maybe even a white nationalist. She has claimed this new diversity is a humanitarian crisis. She is such a racist she wants the army to come in.”
