Kid Rock isn’t afraid to say things as they are. The conservative musician doesn’t hold back, whether he’s leading epic “FJB” chants at a concert or leading a rowdy chorus of “F*** Joy Behar” at his Nashville bar. He also lead his bar in chants of “F*** Oprah Winfrey,” and now he calls her a fraud because she backed radical leftist John Fetterman.
Kid Rock said what everyone already knew in a tweet that has since been retweeted almost 20,000 times:
Oprah helped Dr. Oz with his career. I assume because she vetted him and found him to be a wonderful person. Now she is against him. Oprah is a fraud. -Kid Rock.

Oprah helped Dr. Oz with his career, I assume because she vetted him and found him to be a wonderful person. Now she is against him. Oprah is a fraud. -Kid Rock.
It’s not hard to figure out what’s going on. Oz was hired by Oprah in the early 2000s, and she helped him get his own show in 2009, which went on hiatus in January of this year. It’s clear that she knew the man she worked with for 20 years. Like the elite leftists who loved Donald Trump up until the last second before he came down the escalator, Oprah and the left loved Oz until he ran for office as a Republican backed by Trump.
They don’t like these people; they just like how useful they are.
Oz, on the other hand, had to deal with his own problems in the conservative movement. He was recently on a podcast with Charlie Kirk, who asked him about a big issue. He didn’t shy away from the subject at all. Kirk asked:
So Dr. Oz, I want to clear up one piece of confusion here, and this is something that I’ve talked to you about. And it’s just in the spirit of trying to get people clarity, which is your position on medical procedures for children. Using medical mutilation more specifically with trans kids, let’s put this issue to rest. What is your position on this topic?
In response, Oz didn’t exactly take a stand, as politicians tend to do, but he did distance himself from his past involvement with the practice:
Oz said, “I’m not in favor of minors having these procedures.” He then went on to talk about how this question came up, which was because he used to host a talk show after Oprah with a lot of different guests. Oz said that just because he had guests with a certain background or point of view didn’t mean that he agreed with them.
“My job is to give voice, which is what I did,” Oz said, “but I’ve been pretty clear on this issue and I’ve been strongly supportive of using science to drive our decisions, not the perversion of science, not the weaponization of science, but actually what does it say to us? What does it advise for us to do?”
“And in the case of transgender issues, it’s you know, it’s very much, I believe, supportive of not telling five-year-olds about complicated topics, because why teach algebra to a five-year-old, they’re not going to get it?” he asked.
People used to criticize Oprah for being quiet and elusive. When she backed Stacey Abrams, it was clear she wanted radical leftists to run the country. People thought that her friendship with Oz was more important than her political views because her camp had only made one statement about her in the past year. Oprah’s team said in December 2021:
One of the great things about our democracy is that every citizen can decide to run for public office. Mehmet Oz has made that decision. And now it’s up to the residents of Pennsylvania to decide who will represent them.
