I don’t know what will make people realize that AOC is a political hack if they haven’t already. This video, maybe? At a recent speaking event for Al Sharpton’s National Action Network, AOC went full preacher in front of a black audience, complete with the drawl, twang, and unmistakable cadence of someone who was definitely not New York Puerto Rican.
There’s nothing to say. Just look:
My favorite version of AOC is the black southern Baptist preacher version.
It's like an initiation into the Democrat establishment when they invoke the preacher twang. pic.twitter.com/KBZwXJvj1e

I’m proud to be a bartender. Ain’t nothing wrong with that. There’s nothing wrong with working retail folding clothes for other people to buy. There is nothing wrong with preparing the food that your neighbors will eat. There is nothing wrong with driving the buses that take your family to work. There is nothing wrong with being a working person in the United States of America. And there is everything dignified about it.
After listening to this garbage for thirty seconds, it’s hard to tell which is worse: Her horrible idea of a black Baptist minister or the ideas she presented. Whoever said that working in retail, in a bar, or in a kitchen was beneath someone? To be clear, we make fun of AOC’s bartending experience only because she’s AOC, not because being a bartender is bad in and of itself.
If there’s one thing we learned from the pandemic, it’s that these jobs are the foundation of society. We could do without the 535 seats in Congress.
There is also a major flaw in this argument since AOC helped kill Amazon’s plan to change her district by building a huge facility there. So much for helping people who work.
AOC’s latest theft of culture and language comes after she embarrassed herself again in front of her own people. The Democrat diva was heckled a lot, so she danced like a child before getting back on the mic and acting like a kind of Latin King.
AOC should get into stand up comedy. She does an excellent Rosie Perez impersonation and it would be lateral transition from he current job.

As was already said, this episode is too similar to the crazy things Hillary Clinton did in 2007 when she was running against Barack Obama for the black vote in the Democrat primaries. This is what happened:
I don’t feel no ways tired. I’ve come too far. From where I started from, nobody told me that the road would be easy. I don’t believe he brought me this far to leave me.
Just yikes. Everyone should be disgusted by this pandering. We should call this nonsense out for what it is: pure fakery that makes everyone who hears it feel stupid.
Even though it is terrible, it would be funny if Donald Trump tried it just for fun. His approach, “What do you have to lose?” makes a lot more sense and appeals to voters’ brains instead of making them into caricatures. It would be interesting to see how leftists would react if Donald Trump just did what Hillary and AOC have done, which is to dress up as a black preacher and embarrass everyone.
Can we make that happen, Donald?
