Hero! New Details in Snowplow Accident Reveal Renner’s Heroism!

New details have emerged from the horrifying accident that nearly killed actor Jeremy Renner. Renner was run over earlier this month by his own snowplow and broke thirty bones while almost bleeding to death. It was unknown at first exactly what happened, or why Renner was in front of the plow, but new details show Renner was heroically trying to protect his nephew.

More details are out about Jeremy Renner’s horrific snow plowing accident, and it’s now been revealed he was hurt trying to protect a family member from certain death. Check this out.

The superstar actor suffered serious injuries to his chest and face and broke more than 30 bones after his plow rolled up on him in early January. He was immediately airlifted to Nevada hospital where he received intense medical attention.

Authorities compiled a report about what led to the horrific accident, and it turns out Renner was attempting to protect his nephew when he got hurt.

The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office determined the following,

The Pistenbully snow groomer began sliding causing Renner to exit the vehicle without setting the emergency brake. Although the Pistenbully had some mechanical issues, it is believed based on our mechanical inspection that the parking brake would keep the Pistenbully from moving forward. When Renner attempted to stop or divert the Pistenbully to avoid injury to (his nephew), he was pulled under the vehicle by the track and run over.

A freak accident to be sure, but one that absolutely would have killed a small child considering what it did to a grown man. Renner’s heroic actions saved his nephew and almost cost him his life, but he is trending towards a full recovery, though it will take some time. The decorated actor is chronicling his recover on social media.

“Much love and appreciation to you all. These 30 plus broken bones will mend, grow stronger, just like the love and bond with family and friends deepens . Love and blessings to you all,” Renner recently announced on Instagram.

Jeremy Renner plays a superhero on screen but turns out he is a hero in real life, and also seemingly one of the better guys in Hollywood. Now his nephew gets a chance to continue his own life. There are few feelgood stories in the news lately, and even fewer people in Hollywood that can be looked up to.
