Influx of Immigrants Causes Florida State Park To Close

A Florida State Park has been forced to close because of an influx of illegal immigrants. Dry Tortugas National Park in the Florida Keys has been inundated with illegal immigrants since the new year began, and subsequently has had to close to the general public in order to tend to the migrants. More than 1400 illegals were apprehended at sea and more than 350 landed by boat in the Dry Tortugas. The resources aren’t in place to handle these people, so the entire park has to be closed to process them.

Nearly 1,400 illegal aliens were apprehended at sea and along the Florida Keys over the New Year’s holiday weekend. More than 360 illegal aliens, specifically, arrived on boats at Dry Tortugas National Park.

The illegal aliens were bused from Dry Tortugas National Park to Key West.

How is all of this being paid for? By our tax dollars, of course. In Joe Biden’s America, the borders are open, and Joe has invited everyone in for a big party. Unfortunately, the nation is out of chips and soda, and the house is already full. That doesn’t matter however, as Biden seeks to pad the Dems voter role with illegals.

Officials with the National Park Service told the media that “the closure, which is expected to last several days, is necessary for the safety of visitors and staff because of the resources and space needed to attend to the migrants.”

Such attending to the illegal aliens includes providing food, water, and medical services while the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) either gives the arrivals parole to be released into the U.S. interior or has them removed and sent back to their native countries.

Many, if not most of these illegals will be released into our country with only the condition that they show up for a court date at a later time. At that point many become ghosts, living off the grid, working for cash and not contributing to the country, yet still demanding services. Once again, the American people are put last.

“What about tending to the American citizens who pay for the national park and may like to visit the national park over Christmas vacation? What about their interests — like the people of this country, the citizens, the taxpayers?” Fox News’s Tucker Carlson said this week of the park’s closure.

“Well, [Americans are] not as important as the illegal aliens whom the national park service is spending its time ‘attending to.’ They’re ahead of you in line,” Carlson continued. “If you resent that, you should resent that. That’s a complete outrage. And to accept it as normal or compassionate, which is not, is a big mistake.”

Tucker is correct, of course but Joe Biden and the democrats don’t care. Their priority is to cram as many illegals into the country as they can, then grant blanket citizenship, thus padding the Dems voter rolls. Meanwhile, American tax dollars are being used to finance this fiasco, and a lack of vetting is releasing criminals, and in some cases possibly terrorists. This is Joe Biden’s America.
