If you listen to the mainstream media or people on social media platforms, you would swear up and down that former President Donald Trump is the most hated person in politics. The coverage must be skewed because when the 45th president enter Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh for an NFL game, the crowd was more than thrilled to see him in the stands. In fact, they erupted into pro-Trump chants and no doubt made him feel extremely welcome to their city.

The former president took in the game from a luxury box as the Pittsburgh Steelers played the New York Jets, beating them 37-15. Trump came during the first quarter and was instantly greeted by supporters wearing Steelers jerseys and carrying a banner that said, “Trump Nation.” Again, the big name media outlets will tell you everyone hates Trump but that is far from the truth, as this proves.

Not long after arriving at the stadium, Trump led fans in the crowd in a rousing chant of “USA.” Then, during the third quarter of play, a pro-Trump fan ran on to the field carrying a Trump banner.

Individuals who watched the game from home noted how little cable channels showed of Trump compared to how often they show Kansas City Chiefs player Travis Kelce’s girlfriend, pop sensation Taylor Swift.

Here’s more via The Western Journal:

Two former Steelers stars — wide receiver Antonio Brown and running back Le’Veon Bell — have endorsed Trump. “Thank you to the Steelers fans for the great reception tonight,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “November 5th will be the most important in the history of our Country! MAGA 2024!!!” Trump also offered his opinion on an NFL rule change.

“I hated seeing what the NFL did with the kickoff return. Saw it tonight at the Steelers/Jets game. When you have something that works, don’t ‘tinker’ with it, you may end up with nothing!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

The NFL implemented what it called a” dynamic kickoff” rule change this year in hopes of producing more kickoff returns and lessening injuries. The football analysis and stadium appearance capped a whirlwind day of activity in Pennsylvania, a critical swing state. Earlier, Trump worked the drive-thru window at a Buck County McDonald’s to the delight of those who pulled up to the window.

“Love him or hate him, I just feel it’s really cool to see this moment in history,” Caitlin Hanlon, 33, a hairdresser, said, according to the New York Post.

People love Trump because he can connect with the average person. He doesn’t consider himself to be higher than everyone else just because he’s a billionaire. And he respects American voters who work hard to put food on the table. This is what drives him to implement the economic policies in his agenda. And that makes him special and unlike any other politician out there.
