Vice President Kamala Harris has finally arrived at the border after approximately three months of pressure from politicians and Conservative Americans demanding that she do her job as Joe Biden’s border czar.
The trouble with Harris and the border has brewed for months as the border sees a record number of undocumented migrant arrivals reported on June 10 by Yahoo, just a few weeks away.
For some background information, it’s important for readers to know how drastic this border issue really is. Yahoo’s report stated the following: “The number of undocumented migrants reaching the US-Mexico border has hit the highest level in more than 20 years in the latest sign of the humanitarian crisis facing the Biden administration. US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) said it caught 180,034 migrants, mostly single adults, in May. The number was up slightly from 178,854 in April and 172,000 in March. It was the biggest monthly total since April 2000 with increasing numbers coming from outside Central America.”
Now it’s time for Vice President Kamala Harris to arrive in El Paso and finally see the border during the humanitarian crisis, but the trouble was already there waiting for her and she did nothing but make it worse. And to make things even worse than that, her sidekick, Biden’s DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, didn’t make it any better.
Here’s what happened so far on Kamala Harris’ border trip.
For starters, protesters were lined up to greet her with pro-Trump and anti-Democrat signs. It appears there’s a group of people in El Paso who simply don’t support, like, or want Kamala Harris in town. Not to mention the fact that El Paso is “800 miles” away from the most problematic areas, per Ted Cruz as he made a big statement against Kamala Harris for not getting down to the most troubled areas.

At some point in the day, after Kamala Harris arrived, she had already snapped at one reporter who asked about why it took so long for her to visit the border.
Kamala said, “it’s not my first trip” to which the reporter reminded her that yes, it was her first trip AS VICE PRESIDENT – which is what the reporter meant in the first place.
The reporter wanted an answer as to why Kamala Harris spent months NOT going to the border, but she DEFLECTED the question and began speaking about other things as a means to answer the question without actually answering the question.
Fox News reported on that, saying:
As she arrived in El Paso, she was asked by Fox News’ Peter Doocy why right now was the time to make her first trip to the border.
“It’s not my first trip, I’ve been to the border many times,” she snapped back, apparently referring to visits she made to the border as senator.
She claimed the visit builds on the work done in Guatemala and Mexico.
“Because as I’ve long said, I said back in March I was going to come to the border so this is not a new plan, but the reality of it is we have to deal with the causes and we have to deal with the effects,” she said.
So far there are protesters who don’t want Kamala Harris in town, the VP snapped at a reporter, and now it’s time for Biden’s DHS Mayorkas to have his turn at making the trip a disaster.
Mayorkas made a major claim that many suggest is completely false.
Here’s what Mayorkas said, as it was on video:
DHS Secretary Mayorkas falsely claims “we’ve made extraordinary progress” at the border.

What does Mayorkas mean by “extraordinary progress” when just two weeks ago, it was reported by Yahoo (sourced above) that the border has seen some of the biggest numbers of undocumented arrivals in 20 years?
Did Mayorkas make a false claim right on camera in front of the entire world?
Sounds like something a Democrat would do.
