Former President Donald Trump just keeps winning and this victory is huge. The Manhattan DA has reportedly stated they will not charge Donald Trump with any crimes, as stated by Trump’s attorney, Ronald Fischetti, and reported on Daily Wire and Politico.
The Manhattan District Attorney is Cy Vance, and according to Trump lawyer Fischetti, Vance has NO plans to press charges against Donald Trump OR his business over some alleged payments (sometimes called hush money), or allegedly altering property values.
This leads many to believe that if Trump was guilty of anything, the DA would likely press charges. If there was evidence of Donald Trump committing crimes, the DA would likely press charges – but everything so far points to Trump being victorious and not facing any criminal charges from Vance.

Trump attorney Ronald Fischetti told Politico on Monday that he spoke with Vance’s office last week to get an idea of what charges the district attorney was planning on bringing. Vance’s team told Fischetti that the current batch of possible charges related to executives at the Trump Organization allegedly failing to pay taxes on corporate benefits. Vance’s team denied building a case for any other charges after getting pressed by Fischetti for more information.
Denied building a case! That’s great news. It could mean Trump is NOT on Fischetti’s radar for now and they’re hopefully moving on to other things.
What did Politico have to say?
Well, they reported on what Trump’s lawyer said:
“We asked, ‘Is there anything else?’” Fischetti told POLITICO. “They said, ‘No.’”
“It’s crazy that that’s all they had,” he added.
When asked if the meeting touched on allegations made by Trump’s former lawyer Michael Cohen and by adult film star and director Stormy Daniels, Fischetti replied, “Nothing. Not a word on that.”
Fischetti also said that Vance’s team told him they will not bring charges against Trump himself when the first indictment comes down.
“They just said, ‘When this indictment comes down, he won’t be charged. Our investigation is ongoing,’” he said.
Like everything that sounds too good to be true, there is a slight catch – even for Trump.
Trump’s attorney, Fischetti, suggests that the Trump Organization may still face charges that are a lot smaller and less severe than the alleged criminal behavior previously spewed by the media.
In fact, Daily Wire reported that Letitia James, the New York Attorney General, was basically hyping up the so-called charges against Trump, but apparently DA Vance doesn’t seem too interested.
Daily Wire further quoted Trump’s lawyer who made a joke about the charges in general, saying: “It’s like the Shakespeare play Much Ado About Nothing. This is so small that I can’t believe I’m going to have to try a case like this.”
Now it’s time for Trump to fight for Republicans during his “Revenge Tour” and get the RINO’s out of office in 2022.
After that, the next stop is 2024 and Trump could surprise us all if he decides to run for president again.
