The gloves are finally off! Former President Donald Trump announced on Wednesday he’s spearheading a class action lawsuit against Big Tech CEOs Jack Dorsey and Mark Zuckerberg.
The former President speaking in 90 degree heat at his Bedminster, New Jersey headquarters announced the lawsuit flanked by ordinary citizens who’ve been censored, banned or removed entirely from Facebook and Twitter. All for merely sharing their opinions with family and friends on social media.
Former White House Director of Public Policy Brooke Rollins introduced the president who quickly seized the opportunity forewarning those gathered that our First Amendment is under siege.
“America is under threat from ideologies that are eroding our founding principles. The American way of life, including federalism, free speech, and the rule of law, are being undermined and distorted in our courts. The America First Policy Institute is establishing the Constitutional Litigation Partnership to restore the most fundamental rights of all Americans. The Partnership will fight to restore government that is of the people, for the people, and by the people.”

The lawsuit was initiated by America First Policy Institute, a group founded by the former president and headed by Trump Administration alumni Brooke Rollins and Linda McMahon. It is reportedly advised by Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump.
The strategy in filing a class-action suit is a brilliant legal maneuver because it enables the president to sue on behalf of the millions of individuals who’ve been deprived of their First Amendment rights, that of “free speech.”
The plaintiffs in the lawsuit will also argue that big tech giants like Google, Facebook and Twitter attempt to hide behind Section 230 of the “Communications Decency Act”. That they’re claiming immunity from lawsuits by the public because they’re simply non-biased information platforms. However, in reality they’re anything but.
Attorney’s for the former president will demonstrate with facts that the tech giants are nothing more than a conduit for the radical left. They are channeling disinformation and canceling out legitimate news such as the blockbuster expose by the New York Post just before the presidential election. The story concerned the alleged criminal activities of Hunter Biden along with incriminating emails implicating his father, who is now the President.
The story was virtually banned from all big tech platforms. After the election the facts finally trickled out about Joe and his son Hunter’s “play for pay” scheme. However, by that time it was too late. Big Tech had done its job censuring legitimate news from the 4th largest newspaper in the country.
Months after the election, a nationwide poll by the Media Research Center revealed nearly 20% of Biden voters acknowledged they wouldn’t have voted for “sleepy Joe” if they had known in advance about Hunter’s illegal shenanigans.
After Trump and his legal team presented their case the former president opened the press conference to the press and allowed them to ask some questions.
The Star News Network asked the former president, “What’s your position on public broadcasting NPR, who also seem to filling the same kind of role [as Big Tech] for a certain [political] side?”
Trump responded, “That’s such a great question. They are terrible. They are terrible. It’s not only what they say, it’s what they don’t say.”
He added, “For instance, I was informed that there are record numbers of murders took place this weekend they don’t even talk about it on NBC, CBS and ABC and NPR. They don’t talk about it. And, it’s a big story. That’s why the credibility of the mainstream media is the lowest it’s ever been. Lowest it’s ever been.”
It’s also worth noting that the president has been banned from all social media platforms since January 6th. However, even before that horrific incident the 45th President of the United States has been continually harassed by Big Tech.
Ironically, while the former president is banned from social media, terrorist groups like Hamas continually shout “death to America” moreover planning attacks in broad daylight on Facebook and Twitter, against Israel.
The outcome of the class action lawsuit is still up in the air but one thing is for certain, Trump is still standing up for free speech and doing his best to protect America.
