The state of California has once again made sexual perversion legally acceptable within the “Golden State” thanks to Democratic State Senator Scott Weiner.
The California lawmaker defended the law that he authored Wednesday during a town-hall event saying “I’m really proud of the law.”
Adding, “It’s a really positive step forward.”
The “law” Titled SB 132, actually allows biological transgender males into women’s prisons, without any regard for a woman’s civil rights. In fact the nutty lawmaker actually criticized “real biological” women who oppose being housed in with “biologically equipped” males.

Weiner also took the occasion to criticize legislation banning the sexual mutilation of children, also known as “gender-transition procedures.”
The 51-year old gay legislator, representing San Francisco continued; “In California we are moving the opposite direction, embracing our trans siblings, making it clear that trans people are fully part of this community, and that we love and honor them, and that we are gonna lift them up.”
Adding; “I’m really proud of this law, it’s a “really well-designed law.” He did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Weiner first introduced the bill in January of 2019 stating at the time, “Incarcerated transgender people deserve to be housed in facilities consistent with their gender identity. When we house trans people based on their birth-assigned gender, we place them at high risk of sexual assault and violence. SB 132 will help ensure transgender individuals are treated with dignity and have their gender identity respected.” Which leads us to ask what about ones biological identity?
The bill was signed into law in September 2020 by Governor Gavin Newsom and went into effect on January 1st 2021. The law stipulates that California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation must ask all prison inmates entering their prison facilities to specify their preferred gender identity and whether they identify as a transgender, non-binary, or intersex.
As of July 26th, 295 inmates who were formerly housed in a male institution have requested to be housed in female facilities.
Biological women who oppose the law are referenced by Weiner as “TERF”, a pejorative term used to describe “Trans-exclusionary Radical Feminists” like author J.K. Rowling creator of the “Harry Potter” franchise. Essentially, it means women who believe that women are women. What a novel idea.
California has also embarked on another sexually perverse piece of legislation, threatening the wellbeing of children.
Late Monday afternoon the California legislature passed an egregious law relaxing the information of sex offender registry requirements for sodomy and other deviant acts against minors in an effort to end “discrimination against LGBTQ young people on the sex offender registry,” according to the bill’s sponsor.
The bill also signed by Newsom protects “adults” less than 10 years older than a minor who are convicted engaging in anal or oral sex would not automatically be added to the sex-offender registry.
If one does the math an adult age 21, would not automatically be added to the sex-offender registry, if that individual engaged in either anal or oral sex with a 12-year old child.
The bill Titled SB145 passed the California Assembly by the slimmest of margins.
Democratic state Rep. Lorena Gonzalez said, “I cannot in my mind as a mother understand how sex between a 24-year-old and a 14-year-old could ever be consensual, how it could ever not be a registrable offense,”
Adding, “We should never give up on this idea that children should be in no way subject to a predator.”
It would seem now California is leading the way on homelessness, bad public health policy, and now overt acceptance of pedophilia.
