For those following the political clown show in “tinsel-town,” also known as the California gubernatorial recall election. Sunday afternoon proved to be another bizarre moment, as conservative talk show host turned politician Larry Elder teamed up with leftist Actress Rose McGowan.
The press conference televised live on OAN, featured the unlikely duo fielding questions from the press, along with challenging them to report accurately, rather than attempting to create their own biased narrative against the 69-year old, Los Angeles native.
McGowan joined Elder on stage, to publicly vent her own allegation against Governor Newsom’s wife, claiming that the first lady of California attempted to bribe her concerning sexual predator Harvey Weinstein.
The 48 year old actress perhaps best known to TV audiences as “Paige Matthews” in the sci-fi drama “Charmed” slammed both Newsom’s wife Jennifer Siebel Newsom, along with Black Lives Matter.
“They want to hear that the more we micro label each other, the better we’ll be,” McGowan said during their joint press conference. “The reality is, today, I challenge this state, I challenge these voters, I challenge the media, to back up. Be human first, vote for humanity.”
The dustup apparently began when the governor’s wife out-of-the-blue allegedly called McGowan, who claimed to be a victim of Weinstein’s sexual escapades, and allegedly attempted to bribe her not to testify against the sex fiend.
“So this woman, I don’t know, some blonde lady name with the last name of the Newsom, cold-calls me, and was like, David Boies wants to know what it would take to make you happy,” McGowan said during an appearance on the Rubin Report.
McGowan joined the Elder campaign, declaring that she’s, “no longer a Democrat” despite their political differences on a number of areas, stating that she believe he is “the better candidate and the better man.”
The feisty actress also took direct aim at the mainstream media in California, for their biased reporting agenda against Elder, and especially among white well-to-do liberals, who have vilified the former talk show host, even liking him to a “black/white supremacist”, whatever the hell that means.
McGowan also didn’t spare white liberals supporting the self proclaimed Marxist group Black Lives Matter, and their political agenda to transform America, which Elder has officially condemned.
“Understand who it’s coming from and that he might just know more than you living in a different skin,” McGowan said.
Elder also took his turn fielding quotations from the press, who seemed less inclined to challenge him. By allowing him, the opportunity to freely denounce the destructive indoctrination of critical race theory; saying that he doesn’t “believe in systemic racism.”
Adding, “The first time Gallup asked about racism, about whether or not you’d vote for a Black president was 1958,” Elder said. “And the percentage who said yes was in the high 30’s. Now, only three percent said they would not vote for a Black president.”
“I am going to be uniting when I become governor,” Elder continued. “I’m going to use my bully pulpit to unite us, because we have far more in common than we have apart.”
It’s also worth noting that Governor Newsom, who claims to be a champion of the #MeToo movement, accepted an extremely pricey wine from Harvey Weinstein’s lawyer, whose job was to dig up dirt on woman who had accused the 69-year old sexual pervert, of sexual assault.
