On Tuesday morning Judge Bruce Schroeder instructed the jury for the last time before sending them off to deliberate the fate of 18-year old Kyle Rittenhouse.
The high profile case has gurnard much attention, and has perhaps also dispelled the false narrative that had circulated within the mainstream press and within the White House. For almost a year they portrayed the teenager as some sort of trigger-happy vigilante, or worst yet, a white supremacist, a tagline used my many within the leftist media and also within the Biden White House.
Perhaps the most egregious moment for Rittenhouse was when the Biden gang posted a video in September of 2020 accusing President Trump of “refusing to disavow white supremacists.” The video clip also included a closely cropped photograph of Rittenhouse holding an AR-15 rifle.
On Monday, Fox’s White House reporter Peter Doocy, pressed press secretary Jen Psaki over Biden’s ill timed comments, referencing the Wisconsin native a white supremacist.
“Why did President Biden suggest that Kyle Rittenhouse, on trial in Kenosha, is a white supremacist?” Doocy asked Psaki at the afternoon press conference.
That line of direct in-your-face questioning has become a Doocy trademark within those afternoon White House press briefings, usually leaving Psaki smiling through her teeth.
“So Peter, what I’m not going to speak to right now is anything about an ongoing trial nor the president’s past comments,” Psaki responded. “What I can reiterate for you is the president’s view that we shouldn’t have, broadly speaking, vigilantes patrolling our communities with assault weapons.”
Doocy: “But the President has spoken to it already and his mom now…came out saying that he defamed her son and that claims, she claims that when the President suggested her son is a white supremacist, he was doing that to win votes. Is that what happened?”
Psaki forced smile continued, as he gestured with her arm attempting to emphasize that peaceful protests should not be interrupted by rioting and looting across the country. Noting that the White House is monitoring the course of the trial and is awaiting a verdict before commenting further.
However, the 34-year old Fox journalist continued pressing Psaki repeating the question again, “Kyle Rittenhouse’s mom came out saying that the president defamed her son. She claims that when the president suggested her son’s a white supremacist, he was doing that to win votes. Is that what happened?”
Psaki repeated that she had “nothing more to speak to” on the case, not answering the particular question on either the president’s or the mother’s previous remarks.
Wendy Rittenhouse, Kyle’s mom, had appeared on Fox’s Hannity on November 12th, telling the Fox host how angry she was towards Biden for publicly slandering her son and feeding into the false narrative perpetuated by the mainstream media
“When I saw that I was shocked, I was angry. President Biden doesn’t know my son whatsoever, and he’s not a white supremacist,” she said. “He’s not a racist. I was so angry for a while at him and what he did to my son, he defamed him.”
This brings up an interesting scenario according to law professor Jonathan Turley, who responded to a journalist’s inquiry regarding Rittenhouse’s lawyer, Lin Wood, concerning the slanderous remarks and commentary against his client by both the Biden camp, along with the mainstream media and their affiliates.
At the time, Attorney Wood wrote on Twitter that they expected a “Formal demand for public retraction is being prepared for Biden/Harris Campaign on behalf of Kyle Rittenhouse.”
Adding; “I also hereby demand that @JoeBiden immediately retract his false accusation that Kyle is a white supremacist & militia member responsible for violence in Kenosha.”
The Biden camp has never retracted their defamatory remarks, prompting Rittenhouse’s attorney to respond.
“On behalf of Kyle Rittenhouse, I shall sue @JoeBiden & Biden/Harris Campaign for libel,” Wood added in a subsequent tweet.
Attorney Lin Wood successfully sued CNN for slander against Ncholas Sandman. Now is sueing them on behalf of Kyle Rittenhouse. This guy is hitting them out of the ballpark.

According to Professor Turley, if Rittenhouse is acquitted of all the charges, he can sue everyone who defamed him, including sleepy Joe Biden, similar to what happened to Covington Catholic High School student, Nicholas Sandmann.
However, it’s not clear if Biden himself can be sued while he occupiers the Oval Office. Perhaps his campaign can, prior to becoming president.
