CONFIRMED: Sexual Misconduct Charges Against Cuomo Are Credible, But DA Refuses to Prosecute

Why? Why would charges not be filed against disgraced New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, even when said charges are confirmed to be credible? Hmmm.

In what world does that make any sense?

Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo was found to have sexually harassed multiple women, AG Letitia James announced in August after a 4-month investigation into the accusations.

According to NY AG Letitia James, Cuomo violated state and federal law.

James added that Cuomo created a hostile work environment, while harassing employees of the state. And yet, no charges?

Via statement, District Attorney Mimi Rocah noted: Our investigation found credible evidence to conclude that the alleged conduct in both instances described above did occur. However, in both instances, my Office has determined that, although the allegations and witnesses were credible, and the conduct concerning, we cannot pursue criminal charges due to the statutory requirements of the criminal laws of New York.”

Again, NO CHARGES AGAINST CUOMO.

Is it possible that Cuomo won’t face the consequences of his actions because he’s a former high-ranking government official and dedicated leftist? Because if the man was a Republican, there’s a decent chance his story would be on the news 24/7.

Life is good if you’re a liberal. It doesn’t matter if you’re “credibly” charged, nor what crime you may have committed.

What matters is that you’re dedicated to destroying America as we know it.

More from The Hill:

The district attorneys in Nassau, Westchester and Albany counties, as well as in Manhattan, have all requested that New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) provide information about allegations of Cuomo’s misconduct that took place in their districts.

A 168-page report from James’s office released in August found that Cuomo sexually harassed 11 women, some of whom were his employees, violated state and federal laws and retaliated against a former employee who made allegations against him.

Cuomo stepped down later that month. He was replaced by former Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul (D), who is running for a full term in next year’s midterm elections.

Former Gambino Crime Family hit man/consigliere/rat Sammy “The Bull” Gravano ripped into Cuomo over his failed leadership during the pandemic.

From Fox News:

Disgraced former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo was torched by a former mob boss over the Democrat’s COVID nursing home scandal, saying that he “would never do that.”

The former boss of the Gambino crime family in New York City, Sammy “The Bull” Gravano, tore into Cuomo in a new series alongside former Colombo caporegime Michael Franzese over the deadly scandal that became a black mark on the former governor’s administration.

Gravano said, “One, because he’s Italian and I’m embarrassed to have someone do what he did as an Italian. He killed 15,000 people by putting people with the coronavirus in [nursing homes] with old people.”

He added, “I don’t give a f— who tells me to do that, whether it’s Trump, the president, the vice president, you, him, I would never do it. And I’m a badass. I’d never do it.”
