OUCH: President Joe Biden Refers to Kamala Harris as “President Harris” During Speech

During a commencement speech at South Carolina State University, President Joe Biden had a slip up when he referred to Vice President Kamala Harris as “President Harris.”

“President Harris is a proud Howard alumna, she might have something to say…” Biden said to the students who were graduating.

During the same speech, Biden made an extremely bizarre claim when he stated that he “desegregated restaurants and movie theaters” during the civil rights movement.
