HERE WE GO: Democrat Governor Now Demands Universal Health Care for Illegals

In New York City, non-citizens can now vote in local elections. Yeah, that actually happened. In California, might as well give illegal aliens free health care!

This is what can happen when the patients are allowed to run the asylum. And they’ve made it pretty clear to us all: 11 out of 10 Democrats do belong in a mental facility.

Sexual harassment allegations took down New York’s Andrew Cuomo. Let’s all hope that California’s Gavin Newsom is also forced to leave office before he, too, can cause any more damage.

Check this out, via Fox News:

California Gov. Gavin Newsom proposed universal health care for all low-income residents of his state, including illegal immigrants, during the unveiling of his 2022-23 state budget on Monday.

During a press conference, Newsom unveiled his $213 billion California Blueprint plan, which will be backed by a $45.7 billion surplus. Among the proposals in the plan, which includes creating a new statewide gun buyback program in the name of public safety, is a measure to expand health care coverage to all low-income Californians, regardless of immigration status.

Newsom barked, “Here’s the big one: California is poised to be, if this proposal is supported, the first state in the country to achieve universal access to health coverage. So, what does that mean? It means full-scope Medi-Cal, including long-term care, IHSS [In-Home Supportive Services], and behavioral health to all low-income Californians, regardless of immigration status.”

BREAKING: With our new proposal, California will be the FIRST STATE to achieve universal access to healthcare coverage.

Unlike other states, California is EXPANDING ACCESS to abortion services.

Our new CA Blueprint expands flexibility for providers so more women can have more access to reproductive care.

Universal health care is a great idea – in theory, and, if you’re a socialist. Of course, taxes must be raised if everyone is going to be cared for by big daddy government.

Failed 2020 presidential candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) may want to learn from what happened in Finland not all that long ago. Why?

Because their government just collapsed due to the rising costs of…wait for it…universal health care.

From Free Beacon:

The government of Finland collapsed Friday due to the rising cost of universal health care and the prime minister’s failure to enact reforms to the system.

Prime Minister Juha Sipila and the rest of the cabinet resigned after the governing coalition failed to pass reforms in parliament to the country’s regional government and health services, the Wall Street Journal reports. Finland faces an aging population, with around 26 percent of its citizens expected to be over 65 by the year 2030, an increase of 5 percent from today.

Sipila’s reforms “intended to remove power from the 295 municipalities that currently oversee health and social care, and place responsibility within a leaner, more efficient system of 18 elected regional authorities,” according to the Journal. The prime minister also wanted patients to be able to choose from a range of public and private providers.

There’s probably a very, very decent chance that Ocasio-Cortez will run for president in 2024 – even if liberals have an incumbent, Joe Biden, seeking re-election.

During a recent interview, socialist filmmaker Michael Moore suggested amending the Constitution so Ocasio-Cortez could run for president before the age of 35.
