A new video showing Ashli Babbit’s last minutes in the Capitol building before her death, completely exposes the corporate media’s narrative that she was a threat to the officer who killed her. The video was released on Twitter by field reporter Tyler Hansen, who was alongside Babbit the last moments of her life. The video shows Hansen(journalist filming) and Babbit walking peacefully towards police officers inside of the Capitol building and at one point Hansen even offered the officers some water.
The video goes on to show Babbit confronting the police officers peacefully and asking the officers to call for backup. The officers of course refused to call for back up and the situation escalated quickly. Watch the video here:

As Babbit predicted, the situation escalated quickly and several rioters started to bust out the windows of the double doors which lead to the Speaker’s Lobby. The police eventually left the double doors unguarded and Babbit decided to advance through the window next to the double doors. As she was climbing up the window she was shot by a Capitol police officer Lt. Michael Byrd.
Here’s the money it happened, warning the video is extremely graphic:
Lt. Byrd has already been cleared by the Department of Justice for killing Babbit who was unarmed at the Capitol Building. Byrd also never faced any kind of suspension or disciplinary action but instead, he was portrayed as a hero who saved Democracy. Babbitt’s family attorney, Terry Roberts, has gone on record saying, “Byrd didn’t provide any statement to [criminal] investigators and they didn’t push him to make a statement,”. So, without even being properly interviewed, Byrd was automatically seen as justified, which is a polar opposite of what has occurred in democrat cities all around the country when police are involved in a deadly shooting.
In Byrd’s interview with NBC News, he was quoted saying:
“I know that day I saved countless lives, I know members of Congress, as well as my fellow officers and staff, were in jeopardy and in serious danger. And that’s my job.”
“It’s something that is frightening,” Byrd said. “Again, I believe I showed the utmost courage on January 6, and it’s time for me to do that now. I hope everyone understands I did my job,” Byrd said. “There was imminent threat and danger to the members of Congress. I just want the truth to be told.”
Trump during his rally in Florence, Arizona called out Lt. Byrd for being a coward and stated that Byrd was so proud of himself. Trump would continue to take jabs at Byrd by calling the officer out for running to tv networks for interviews instead of staying silent and speaking to investigators.
Babbit was an Air Force Veteran and even had a back the Blue sticker on her vehicle. It turns out the Blue didn’t back Babbit though, when she needed them the most. Antifa and BLM rioters who burned down buildings and looted businesses were never violently attacked as Trump supporters were on January 6th.
