For those who are employed by the government, liberal media outlets, Universities, and the big tech giants, America is not doing too poorly considering most of them have done quite well financially during COVID especially in progressive cities like our nation’s capital.
In their progressive bubbles, they regurgitate far-left ideas and learn to be protective of their movement and politicians, especially their struggling president, sleepy Joe Biden.
House Speaker Pelosi’s day at a San Francisco beauty salon and her nephew, CA Governor Gavin Newsome’s high-end meal with a dozen friends, during the lockdown, are prime examples of not understanding the average American.
Even though recent polling is showing record low polling numbers for the U.S Congress, VP Kamala Harris, and especially President Biden, those in the media are still shocked when speaking to “real” people”.
Joe Biden’s job performance hit 33% in a recent poll and after completing his first year in office, NOT ONE participant in a Face the Nation focus group believes America is in a better place.
CBS host Margaret Brennan was stunned when the entire panel of six participants, including Biden voters, said America is on the wrong path.
“During the course of the pandemic, “Face the Nation” has been listening to Americans, through Zoom, to get their thoughts on COVID, the economy, and how the government is handling it all. On Friday, we checked back in with six of them,” host Margaret Brennan said.
Our focus group panelist Jill is a healthcare worker in Texas and a Democrat who chose not to get vaccinated. She’s frustrated that she still takes protective measures but complains the vaccinated let their guard down. https://t.co/Qju00FhWpi

“Who feels like we are in a better place now than we were a year ago?” Brennan asked the panel of six participants.
Every participant said no.
Margaret Brennan was stunned: “No one believes we are in a better spot?”
“I just don’t understand. I thought this is going to be a president for the people of the people,” said Beth, an Independent voter.
Even the Biden voters on the panel blasted Joe Biden.

A few notable comments:
BETH, 202 TRUMP VOTER (INDEPENDENT): Unfortunately, I don’t think that our public servants are actually — they’re kind of on a lag with the science. I was not vaxxed. Had COVID. I didn’t even know I had it. I had the sniffles for two days and body aches. And if I hadn’t lost my sense of smell, I wouldn’t have known the difference. It’s clearly not as horrible as perhaps it was described. For some it has been, and I’m very sorry for that. But for a lot of us who do take care of ourselves and everything and are younger, we need to go on and live our lives. And public science has not caught up with that yet.
JORGE, 2020 TRUMP VOTER: Oh, a hundred percent. And I think that’s part of the problem that we’ve had is the misinformation. Actually, studies have already shown that cloth masks are not effective at all. (INAUDIBLE) not — not at all… The quality of the mask. And they didn’t say that at first. They said, oh, just wear a mask and you’ll be fine. So I think when — when you’re leader is saying one thing and — and — and then it’s not true, that begins — you begin to question that.
People that don’t want to get vaccinated have their own reasons, and I don’t think it has anything to do with President Trump.
CHELSEA, 2020 BIDEN VOTER: No, not really. I’m still worried about getting sick. You know, I’m fully vaxxed. I got my booster. I wear my mask. But I agree, like, the messaging has been really confusing. And I don’t blame people at all who haven’t gotten vaccinated because the story was the pandemic will be over. But the truth of the matter is, people do still get sick even though they’re vaccinated. So, I think that things are just as bad as they were when the pandemic started.
MARGARET BRENNAN: We are a year into unified Democratic control of the House, of the Senate, of the executive branch. Do you feel any differently? Do you feel that Washington understands what all of you are experiencing out there? Beth is shaking her head no. I mean so many of you are. But have you always felt that way, or is there a new level of sort of skepticism about Washington?
BETH: Yes, I think so. I — I really had such high hopes for this administration when they came in. And it’s just been one disaster after another. Afghanistan, inflation, take your pick, I just don’t understand. I thought this was going to be a president for the people, of the people, and I just feel like it’s one, you know, hurdle after another that we all have to climb.
Not a good day for the Democrats as America is less than a year away from the 2022 mid-term elections.
