In a brave and stunning move, the Delaware computer repairman that blew the whistle on Hunter Biden’s now infamous laptop has filed a multi million dollar defamation suit against Democratic Rep. Adam “shifty” Schiff.
Also named were the ultra left wing publication, The Daily Beast, “fake news” CNN, and another left leaning website, Politico.
The New York Post had this to say,
The former shop owner, John Paul Mac Isaac, decided to fight back after losing his business and being harassed for 18 months by Big Tech, the media and Delaware locals in President Biden’s home state.
Mac Isaac took possession of the laptop after scatterbrain Hunter failed to pick it up in the allotted time, thus making it the property of the shop.
A curious misstep, since Biden knew full well the laptop was full of emails, texts, pictures of questionable content, and all manner of information that, if in the wrong or right hands, as was the case with Mac Isaac, could severely damage the “good” Biden family name.
The Post quoted Mac Isaac as saying,
“After fighting to reveal the truth, all I want now is for the rest of the country to know that there was a collective and orchestrated effort by social and mainstream media to block a real story with real consequences for the nation,” the 45-year-old Mac Isaac told The Post.
“This was collusion led by 51 former pillars in the intelligence community and backed by words and actions of a politically motivated DOJ and FBI,” he continued. “I want this lawsuit to reveal that collusion and more importantly, who gave the marching orders”
Mac Isaac turned the laptop over to the FBI in December of 2019, but oddly enough, nothing came of it. Eight months later Mac Isaac provided a copy to then President Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani who in turn provided a copy for the New York Post.
I think we all know what happened from there. The Post goes on to say,
When The Post’s first story broke in October 2020 — just three weeks before the presidential election — Twitter and Facebook moved to censor it. Then Schiff (D-Calif.) and 51 former intelligence officials labeled the laptop Russian disinformation.
Of course we all know now that the laptop was real, social media and the FBI worked to squash the subject, and anyone referring to it was labeled as spreading “disinformation”.
Unfortunately, Mac Isaac’s business and reputation, despite him doing nothing wrong, was ruined.
“Twitter initially labeled my action hacking, so for the first day after my information was leaked, I was bombarded with hate mail and death threats revolving around the idea that I was a hacker, a thief and a criminal,” Mac Isaac said.
Schiff, who chairs the House Intelligence Committee, “has some explaining” to do, Mac Isaac insisted.
Some explaining to do is an understatement. Schiff needs to be held responsible with his checkbook as does CNN, The Daily Beast, and Politico.
Mac Isaac was forced to close his computer repair business near the Biden family homes in Greenville, Delaware, after people started throwing vegetables, eggs and dog excrement at his store. He went into exile in Colorado for a year.
The suit claims CNN knowingly broadcast the “false and defamatory story” that the laptop was linked to a Russian disinformation campaign, causing Mac Isaac significant damage, including the closing of his repair shop.
“CNN’s broadcast of the false statement accuses the Plaintiff of committing an
infamous crime, i.e., treason by working with the Russians to commit a crime against the United States of America by attempting to undermine American democracy and the 2020 Presidential election,” the suit states.
All of this damage to one well intentioned Patriot for what? To protect the left’s narrative and hide the fact Joe Biden’s son, and perhaps Joe Biden himself have been engaging in dirty deals?
Well, as they say in black and white movies, “the jig is up”. Time for the powers to be that smeared a man’s good name to pay the price. And pay big.
