Seattle streets were occupied by the city’s first Gay Pride parade in nearly three years on Sunday, which also featured a number of participants naked as jaybirds right in front of a bunch of kids.
You know, this sort of thing shouldn’t be shocking as often as we hear about it, but it’s just so disturbing that it’s hard to accept this has become the norm during these sorts of events. Pride parades are clearly no place for kids.
The Post Millennial reported that the event started at 11 a.m. with members of the Boys and Girl Scouts of America, who marched in the parade wearing their uniforms and carrying both American and Pride flags.

“While the Girl Scouts have remained a group for girls, the Boy Scouts changed their name in 2019 to ‘Scouts BSA,’ and allowed girls to enter their program, according to NPR,“ the Post Millennial reported.
“Following shortly behind the Scouts, a large group of naked cyclists circled in front of the crowd and exposed their genitalia to children who came for the ‘family friendly’ event. Some were partially covered in body paint, while others decided to leave nothing to the eye unseen,” the report continued.

“Seattle’s Pride Parade is the first held in person since the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, and according to its website, featured over 500,000 parade attendees, and 200 participating groups,” the report stated.
The Seattle Fire Department attended the event, though the local police did not after parade managers banned them from being able to participate while wearing their uniforms.

This is actually the first time since 1994 the department has not participated in the parade. The SPD has more than 100 employees who are very outspoken about being LGBTQ. The department is also, apparently, the most “progressive” in the country.

“As the parade wrapped up, attendees made their way to Seattle Center for Pride Fest, and participated in festivities that included singing, dancing, and a clothing-optional water fountain party,” the Post Millennial reported.
Yes, that’s right, ladies and gentlemen. Both grown men and women stripped fully nude, standing alongside kids who were playing in the water at the International Fountain.
And no one sees a problem with this? Seriously?
Some of you are probably wondering how these folks weren’t arrested for exposing themselves in public. Well, that’s because the city of Seattle allows public nudity so long as it is not an intentional act done to make someone feel threatened or harassed.
“While there were many shameless moments from participants throughout the day, the majority of attendees steered clear of that behavior and proudly celebrated being LGBTQ alongside their family, friends, and fellow members of the LGBTQ community,” the report stated.
Boy, America really is falling down a deep pit of moral decay, isn’t it?
