I don’t apologize to anybody: Kid Rock decimates Oprah Winfrey, owns it and stands by every word

Kid Rock, a multi-platinum artist, does not want to apologize for a drunken rant in which he attacked Oprah Winfrey and Joy Behar by name at his honky-tonk in downtown Nashville.

WATCH Kid Rock’s message to all critics:

He told Tucker Carlson in an interview featured in “Life of a Rockstar,” the latest episode of Tucker Carlson Originals on Fox Nation: “A drunk man’s words are a sober man’s thoughts, I own what I said.”

An old tweet posted by Kid Rock also resurfaced where he slammed Oprah again. He wrote: “My people tried to get me to do The Oprah Winfrey show years ago and her people wanted me to write down 5 reasons why I loved her and her show… I said fuck that and her. End of story.

TMZ released footage of Kid Rock on stage in 2019, who repeatedly said “f— Oprah Winfrey” and “f— Joy Behar.”

“I don’t apologize to anybody. I’m not an Oprah Winfrey fan. I got drunk and f—in’ next thing, I’m on stage [saying] f— Oprah…” Kid Rock said when pressed about the rant.

During the rant, Kid Rock also attacked Kathie Lee Gifford by name.

“I was trying to go after Kathy Griffin you know, for holding up Trump’s head, but I’m so out of it I’m like ‘f— Kathie Lee Gifford,’” he explained, as reported.

“When it comes back on TMZ or whatever a few weeks later I’m like ‘oh man, I like Kathie Lee Gifford.’ We’ve been kind of friendly throughout the years,” Rock added.

For Kid Rock, who spent most of the COVID-19 pandemic working on his recently released “Bad Reputation” album, the drunken rant was very much in character for him.

“I’m the last of a few still screaming f— you,” is one of the lines from the lyrics of his album. He also attacks Facebook, Twitter, TMZ, CNN and Anthony Fauci by name in one track, and lets loose on social media trolls.

When on tour, his concerts feature a video montage of middle fingers pointing at Brian Stelter and Joy Behar.

Kid Rock gives Tucker Carlson a tour of his Nashville ranch, in “Life of a Rockstar,” which includes a camouflage double-wide trailer that he’s been living in while building a replica White House nearby.

The full episode can be seen on Fox Nation, where it streams.

Yahoo News added to the report: “Carlson’s new interview with the musician includes a tour of his ranch, which, according to the network, “includes a camouflage double-wide trailer that he’s been living in while building a replica White House nearby.”

In a March interview with Carlson, Rock said he believes he “crawled out of the womb with both middle fingers in the air.” He argued that he’s “uncancelable, because I don’t give a f***.””
