The summer travel season is upon us! Many American families, at least the ones that can afford Brandon’s super expensive gasoline, will be hitting the open road for family fun and adventure.
Joe Biden has company coming as well! Is it Hunter, and some of his Chinese buddies? Is Kamala swinging by for sh*ts and her famous “giggles”? Some of his old buddies from the mill? Nope! Joe is having very different guests.
Per the New York Post:
Up to 15,000 migrants — many of them from Central America, Venezuela and Cuba — may soon join a massive caravan that set off from southern Mexico toward the US border Monday, with its members calling on President Biden to repeal the Title 42 health policy by the time they reach the frontier.
“[Biden] promised the Haitian community he will help them,” one migrant from the Caribbean nation told Fox News. “He will recall Title 42. He will help us have real asylum.”
Hold up there buddy. He’s OUR president, and still has LOTS of promises to get to before yours. Take a number, fella!
Though I suspect if we all stand around all summer waiting on this failed administration to make good on promises, well, hope you brought sunscreen and a snack.
The caravan began its journey from Tapachula, less than 10 miles from Mexico’s border with Guatemala, a departure timed to coincide with the start of the Summit of the Americas in Los Angeles.
Reuters, citing witnesses, reported that at least 6,000 people had set off from Tapachula. Organizer Luis Villigran told Fox News that the caravan stretched more than 32 miles and estimated that 9,500 people were taking part.
Well this is great news! For the Democrats that’s potentially 9500 new voters! For the rest of us it’s a humanitarian and economic nightmare for a country ill prepared for either.
Folks, this is what people allegedly voted for. The democrats and Joe Biden are reaping the rewards of their bad policy, and the rest of us are being pulled under water with them.
The Guardian reported last week that about 11,000 people were part of the caravan and suggested their number could swell as high as 15,000. The Mexican government has neither provided an official estimate of the caravan’s size or made any public comment about it.
This is sad and unfortunate, but the Biden administration wrote this check with hollow campaign promises to satisfy the far left. Now what do we do? The surge at the southern border is already out of control, the border is also desperately undermanned. Keeping Title 42 would be at least a start.

Title 42 has been in place since the start of the coronavirus pandemic and has allowed border officials to quickly expel nearly 2 million migrants without hearing asylum claims.
Ultimately, a federal judge kept the policy in place — though some border towns have continued to see border crossing surges.
Just hours after the migrants began their trek, Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador announced he would not be attending the summit after the US refused to invite the leaders of Cuba, Nicaragua and Venezuela.
“There can’t be a Summit of the Americas if all the countries of the continent don’t participate,” López Obrador told reporters in Spanish on Monday. “That would be to continue with the old interventionist policy of lack of respect for nations and their people.”
So the Mexican President is going to talk smack on this? What say we concentrate National Guard forces on our southern border and see how much he likes having all these travelers in HIS country. After all, this is technically an invasion.
Whatever the solution, if there is one, this is just one more issue that we all must keep in our heads for 2024 when we can mercifully put this failed administration out of our misery.
In the meantime, better put out snacks Joe, company is coming!
