The man who was accused of attempting to assassinate Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh stated in posts made on the Discord app that he had plans for “shooting 3” justices, according to information gleaned from an FBI search warrant application.
Folks, it seems pretty obvious that Nicholas Roske, the individual from Simi Valley, California, who traveled all the way to the Maryland home of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, armed with a pistol, tactical knife, and a load of extra ammunition and burglary tools, was totally mentally imbalanced.
Fortunately, when this situation was unfolding, Roske phoned up his sister, who urged the man to call the police and turn himself in. Roske followed the advice, phoned the police, and told them he was planning to kill Kavanaugh, along with himself.
According to The Daily Wire, federal officials charged Roske with attempting to murder a Supreme Court Justice a mere hours after they took him into custody. Roske has entered a not guilty plea for the charge.
“The FBI has requested warrants to Google accounts and online chat logs that they believe belong to the suspected attempted assassin, according to CNN. The FBI’s application included messages Roske sent online, as well as some of his search history,” the report said.
While communicating back and forth with someone on Discord back in May, Roske mentioned he was “gonna stop roe v wade from being overturned” and then revealed that he was intending to “remove some people from the supreme court.”
“Two dead judges ain’t gonna do nothing,” the user engaging with Roske stated in a response. “You would die before you killed them all.”
“[Y]eah but I could get at least one,” Roske fired back, “which would change the votes for decades to come, and I am shooting for 3.”
The warrant application noted that Roske scoured the Internet for information concerning the “most effective place to stab someone” and the “quietest semi auto rifle.”
“The alleged attempt on Kavanaugh’s life came after the unprecedented leak of a draft Supreme Court opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. The draft, written by Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, suggested at the time that the 1973 decision in Roe v. Wade, which established a constitutional right to an abortion, would be overturned. The eventual opinion in Dobbs did, in fact, overturn Roe,” the Daily Wire reported.
“The release of the draft sparked a series of protests against Supreme Court justices, both at the court and at their homes, after their addresses were published online. The leaked draft also kicked off new calls by progressive lawmakers to take radical action, such as stacking the Supreme Court to keep federal protections on abortion access,” the report revealed.
This is just more proof that the radical left is getting closer and closer to graduating from aggressive protesting to full blown acts of domestic terrorism. We’ve watched liberals escalate from passionate demonstrations with the usual singing, chanting, and sign holding, to antifa out in the midst of a sea of people throwing concrete milkshakes at them and beating them up.
All you have to do is look at the riots and looting that took place after the death of George Floyd to see the radicals in action. If you don’t bow the knee and give them what they want, they will throw a temper tantrum of epic proportions and then attempt to intimidate everyone to bow the knee to their agenda or else.
