Podcast host Megyn Kelly put out a rather dire warning to Democrats in the wake of President Joe Biden making the announcement Thursday that he fully supports the idea of suspending the filibuster in order to nationalize abortion law.
I’ve said it a bunch over the last week, but the effort the left is pouring into fighting for abortion, the wholesale slaughter of innocent children, is absolutely appalling and gross on every level.
There is something utterly demonic about the desire these folks have to kill kids in the womb rather than practice safe sex and preventative measures.
The host of “The Megyn Kelly Show” podcast shredded the latest plot by Democrats and President Biden to preserve abortion when he stated, “we have to codify Roe v. Wade in the law,” in response to the Supreme Court overturning the landmark ruling with their decision in the Dobbs vs. Jackson Women’s Health Organization case.
“1st, Congress [does not] have the power to do this,” the host posted to the audience of millions she has on Twitter. “2d, Manchin won’t agree to this pie-in-the-sky talk.”
“3d, even if 1&2 were incorrect, Ds will rue the day they said abortion policy in all 50 states can be dictated by feds,” she stated. “What happens when GOP regains control?”’

During a press conference from Europe, the president went on to say, “We have to codify Roe v. Wade in the law, and the way to do that is to make sure the Congress votes to do that.”
He then added, “And if the filibuster gets in the way, it’s like voting rights, we provide an exception for this, or an exception to the filibuster for this action. It is a mistake, in my view for the Supreme Court to do what it did. I feel extremely strongly that I’m going to do everything in my power, which I legally can do in terms of executive orders, as well as push the Congress and the public.”
The Daily Wire reported, “Following the recent decision by the court, Kelly wrote on social media that the ruling was the right move “legally,” no matter which side of the abortion debate a person is on. The ruling recognizes that there is no constitutional right to an abortion and returns the issue to the states to pass abortion legislation, as The Daily Wire previously reported.”
“Whether you are pro-abortion or not, this was the right decision legally,” the host explained. “You may not like it, but you were lied to by the Roe & Casey justices who told you abortion was a constitutional right. This Court set things straight & now it’s where it belongs: in the hands of the [people].”
As Kelly stated so clearly, any attempts by Democrats to codify abortion in a national law would be a big, big mistake for the future of their party. It could be one that they aren’t able to bounce back from. It’s time they accept the Supreme Court’s decision and maybe examine their hearts and the science that currently exists concerning the beginning of life and then think through whether or not they are on the right side of history on this issue.
