A doctor from California is so sick, twisted, and bent on destroying the lives of the unborn that she wants to create a floating abortion clinic located in the Gulf of Mexico so that women who live in southern states can avoid abortion laws and murder their children at sea.
Folks, if you thought overturning Roe v. Wade was the hard part, or maybe even the end goal of the pro-life movement, I hate to say it, but you got it wrong. This is only the beginning.
According to a report from TheBlaze, “Dr. Meg Autry, an obstetrician and gynecologist with the University of California San Francisco, wants to set up an abortion clinic aboard a ship in federal waters, outside the jurisdiction of state laws banning abortion, where pregnant women can obtain first-trimester surgical abortions, contraception, and other medical care.”
Autry has established a nonprofit organization called PRROWESS, which stands for “Protecting Reproductive Rights Of Women Endangered by State Statutes,’ in order to help her raise funding for floating murder clinic, according to a report published by the Associated Press.
“There’s been an assault on reproductive rights in our country and I’m a lifelong advocate for reproductive health and choice. We have to create options and be thoughtful and creative to help people in restrictive states get the health care they deserve,” Autry stated.
Funny how these people don’t think about the assault on the rights of innocent children who have no means of expressing their voice and whether or not they want to live, isn’t it? Of course, they had to dehumanize the unborn first, ignoring all of the scientific data that clearly establishes life begins at conception, in order to make abortion seem like a morally acceptable choice.
For a group of individuals who pride themselves on being scientific, this is hypocrisy at its finest.
TheBlaze reported, “Her proposal is the latest scheme to undermine anti-abortion laws after the Supreme Court ruled that states have the power to regulate abortion, overturning the landmark Roe v. Wade decision.”
“Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas have had abortion bans or restrictions take effect immediately after the court’s decision. A 15-week abortion ban with exceptions for medical emergencies has similarly taken effect in Florida, though it was initially challenged in state court,” the report continued.
Autry went on to speak to the Associated Press where she said that her group, PRROWESS,’ legal counsel thinks there’s a large area of federal waters where it would be legal for medical professionals — more like executioners — to provide abortions without violating pro-life laws, being outside of the reach of the state.
She then added that women who live in southern states might have an easier time boarding a boat and traveling to the island of death than going to another state were the procedure is still legal.
“This is closer and faster access for some people, particularly for working people that live in the southernmost part of these states,” she went on to say.
The doctor went on to reveal that her group is still figuring out where the clinic would launch and how women would travel to the facility.
This option is very similar to one proposed by Democratic lawmakers who have wanted to see the Biden administration open up abortion clinics on federal lands in order to get around anti-abortion restrictions.
