Something is out there, I’m sure of it! I’m not ashamed to admit it, but I LOVE Bigfoot sightings, ghost stories, UFO encounters, they are my jam! Give me some grainy footage of the Loch Ness Monster and I’m a happy fella!
I would be one of those weird people “hunting” Bigfoots, but it would be my luck I would actually find him, and Bigfoot would capture me. It’s not like I don’t have experience in the field of sorts. I have videoed UFOs on 2 different occasions, and have professionally ghost hunted, equipment and all. No, not with “proton packs” like Ghostbusters, that’s just silly, we are still years away from that technology!
Recently there has been an uptick of bigfoot sightings in South Carolina, which is ironic because I’m sure a bigfoot has a lot of ticks. All of that hair you know. I never would have thought of the Palmetto State as a real lair and breeding ground for squatches, but in fairness my knowledge of sasquatches is rudimentary, at best.
Secure your trash cans, put up the food and check this out from WSAV tv:
Bigfoot has been “spotted” at least twice this year in South Carolina, according to the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization.
A report states that there was a Class A sighting this month during the day by three people in a vehicle at Hunting Island State Park in Beaufort County, according to the organization. In July, a professional forester reported a Class B sighting involving “wood knocks” near Charlotte.
“We all saw the creature very clearly as it was walking directly in front of our car,” said one witness. #bigfoothttps://t.co/PyseEH0ETf

To be fair, I didn’t know there was an organization dedicated to Bigfoot research. I mostly thought it was five guys, a shotgun and a pickup truck. Maybe that’s the group investigating West Virginia bigfeet.
Apparently, a class B sighting is one that is from a distance or not as clear, which I assumed ALL Bigfoot sightings were. What is a class A sighting, dinner and drinks with a squatch?
And in October, another Class B sighting was reported after “chatter and wood knock” was heard on the Broad River near Gaffney. Bigfoot believers often believe that the creatures knock wood together to warn people to stay out of their territory.
It just makes sense to me that Bigfoot would sound some type of warning for prospective interlopers. Most animals do. Rattle snakes rattle, my cat hisses, dogs bark, and have you ever heard a squirrel get riled up? Terrifying!
An incident is classified as a Class A sighting if there is a clear sighting “in circumstances where misinterpretations or misidentification of other animals can be ruled out with greater confidence,” according to the organization. A Class B sighting is when a sasquatch is seen from a far distance or if there is poor lighting.
Apparently, there was a class A sighting in South Carolina involving three people in broad daylight. Considering people pretty much are attached to their phones, you would think someone would get at least a blurry photo, but there is a reason there aren’t any high-quality Bigfoot photos. He doesn’t want to be seen! According to eyewitness reports:
“The creature was walking upright, taking strides quickly to our left, and disappeared into the bush on the left side of the road directly in front of us,”
“We only witnessed the lower torso of the creature as it’s head and shoulders were hidden behind a pine tree and a palmetto stump on the left side of the road. The height of the creature is estimated as being between 5 to 6 feet tall. Legs were approximately 3 feet long, human like jointed knee, with dark brown, splotchy black hair that was approximately 2 inches long.
Ok, I’m going to say it; Bigfoot doesn’t sound like a handsome fella. Also, much shorter than I anticipated. In fact, he sounds like a couple friends of mine. Hey, do you think I’m going to hang out with guys better looking than me?
I am going to go ahead and say what we all are thinking; I’m convinced! Something is out there, and when we catch one it’s going to blow the lid off of the evolutionary pot! Until then, maybe keep a disposable camera and a large net in your car. Just make sure people know both are for Bigfoot.
