Kamala Harris has left White House officials with their heads in their hands again after she made a Biden-esq blunder about North Korea earlier today.
The gaffe comes just one day after bumbling Joe Biden accidentally asked where former Indiana Republican Jackie Walorski had been in a public address yesterday a month after she had died in a car accident. Even more embarrassingly, Sleepy Joe himself had attended to memorial vigil to the late politician.
Looking around the room, the 79-year-old said, “Jackie, are you here? Where’s Jackie? She must not be here.”
The cringe-worthy gaffe left White House officials, once again, scrambling to protect the president’s dignity. White House press secretary, Karine Jean-Pierre said that the president, who is well known for his public blunders, must have had the dead congresswoman on the “top of his mind,” which supposedly explained why he had forgotten about her untimely death and that he attended the subsequent vigil.
But it now seems that vice president Kamala Harris is coming out in sympathy with her boss and has come out with a corker of her own.
The 57-year-old concluded her tour of Asia with a visit to the Korean Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) on Thursday, where she frighteningly mistook communist North Korea with US’ allies, South Korea:
“The United States shares a very important relationship, which is an alliance with the Republic of North Korea,” she said during a speech on Thursday.
“It is an alliance that is strong and enduring,” she continued.
“I cannot state enough that the commitment of the United States to the defense of the Republic of Korea is iron-clad, and that we will do everything in our power to ensure that it has meaning in every way that the words suggest.
“In the South, we see a thriving democracy. In the North we see a brutal dictatorship.”

Her visit came just after the communist nation launched another missile test as a warning to the West potentially interfering in Korean politics. While Harris was in Japan on Wednesday, North Korea fired two ballistic missiles and another off its East coast today, a stark reminder that the leaders of the Free World need to be vigilant, competent and remain steadfast figures in the eyes of powerful dictators like Kim Jong-un.
Instead, the Democrats are proving to be a laughingstock the world over. GOP Congressman, Troy Nehls said:
”The United States shares a very important relationship, which is an alliance with the Republic of North Korea” Everything’s fine! North Korea was just “top of mind” for the Vice President,” in reference to the White House’s excuses for Biden’s blunder just 24 hours ago.
Political author and commentator, Dan K. Eberhart Tweeted that Harris “praises North Korea yet still can’t be bothered to show up at America’s border she’s supposedly in charge of fixing. The Biden administration is a failure”.
As of this month, only 39 percent of voters have a positive approval rating for Harris according to national opinion polls sourced by the LA Times, while 53 disapprove of the vice president – a net rating of -14 points.
