We all know what is going on at the border. Despite the propoganda from the left and Joe Biden that everything is just fine and the border isn’t open, video doesn’t lie. The southern border is a gaping hole and what we have is basically an invasion taking place. In spite of all this, Joe Biden and company continue to ignore the issue in hopes it will go away or people will forget about it. That might work in some parts of the country, but in the areas actually affected by “open-border-Biden’s” bad policies it’s an ongoing humanitarian nightmare. Of course, you better not mention it, especially if you have a platform, no matter how small. During Friday’s broadcast of the Duke’s Mayo Bowl, (sounds delicious), North Carolina State’s radio play be play man made the mistake of mentioning it and found himself on the business end of the woke mob. Check this out.
North Carolina State play-by-play radio broadcaster Gary Hahn was suspended indefinitely Friday after his comments during the Duke’s Mayo Bowl. Maryland defeated NC State 16-12 Friday in the Mayo Bowl.
During the Mayo Bowl, however, Hahn made an on-air comment about “all the illegal aliens down in El Paso” while checking in on the Sun Bowl in El Paso, Texas.

It escapes me about what is wrong with his statement. On its face, he is correct. El Paso is overrun by illegal immigrants thanks to Joe Biden and the democrats. Pointing it out, even on a national broadcast is nothing more than being honest about the situation. Just because people don’t like the word “illegal” doesn’t mean it isn’t accurate. They are in fact illegal, and a burden on our nation. There is a wrong and right way to become an American, and Joe Biden is encouraging the WRONG way, all while he suns his buns in the Virgin Islands for the holidays. North Carolina State wasted no time in letting the woke crowd know they are so, so sorry.
NC State immediately put out a statement of suspension after Hahn’s comment.
“LEARFIELD has suspended Wolfpack Sports Network Play-by-Play announcer Gary Hahn indefinitely following comments made during today’s Duke Mayo Bowl radio broadcast,” Annabelle Myers, NC State’s Associate Athletics Director, said in a statement.
Gary Hahn did nothing wrong. He didn’t insult gay people, he didn’t make a joke about trans people, he didn’t say the “n” word. All he did was point out the obvious. El Paso is overrun with illegal immigrants. The nomenclature may not please the left, but facts are facts. The southern border is a sieve, Joe Biden and alleged border czar Kamala Harris refuse to even visit, and human trafficking, drug trafficking, and immense suffering are the result. Suspending a football play by play man for pointing out the obvious is a cringe move by Learfield Broadcasting and North Carolina State University, and is a cowardly knee bend to the left. The people on both sides of the border that are suffering are done an injustice when the truth is punished.
