Group Of Teenage Miscreants Jumps Fox News Weatherman On NYC Subway

A Fox News meteorologist recounted on Sunday how a group of eight teenage punks jumped him on a subway train in New York City after he intervened to stop them from harassing an older man, leaving him bruised and battered. This is the kind of culture we’re currently creating. Kids ganging up on older, vulnerable citizens and if you dare to do the right thing, you’re going to pay the price. There’s a strong possibility the meteorologist was aware of the risk he was taking by getting involved, but he didn’t allow that to stop him from doing what was right. We should all be so courageous.

According to the Daily Wire, Adam Klotz, 37, a meteorologist who works for FOX News Channel and FOX Business Network, put up a video on his Instagram account showing the cuts and bruises he sustained on his face after the attack occurred. The incident happened early on Sunday morning on the No. 1 train after he had finished watching the New York Giants playoff game at a bar.

“My side is worse, so much worse in my face,” Klotz explained.

“The altercation happened around 1:00 a.m. when the teenagers, allegedly smoking marijuana, attacked and approached the man on the train, police sources told The New York Post,” the report said.

“I was like, ‘Yo, guys, cut that out,’” Klotz stated, recounting the incident. “And they decided, alright, if he’s not going to get it, you’re going to get it — And boy did they give it to me.”

The meteorologist said the teenager held him down on the ground and proceeded to pound on his ribs like they were a set of bongos, leaving them bruised.

“They got their hits in,” he said, going on to add, “Where are the parents? Parents, watch your children.”

Klotz then explained the older man he defended left without sustaining any injuries, but he was x-rayed  by medical professionals and treated for non-life-threatening injuries at Bellevue Hospital.

“I’m OK,” he went on to say in the video. “This is all going to heal. So, it’s all good.”

Sources reached out to the Post and stated that local law enforcement authorities nabbed three of the teenage suspects, two 15-year-olds and a 17-year-old, after they tried to flee the subway train at the 18th Street Station.

“Juvenile reports were prepared, and their parents were called to pick them up,” NYPD said to The Post.

The Daily Wire report continued, “The NYPD spokesman added the department did not have the option to charge the suspects because of their ages, and the crime was technically classified as an apparent misdemeanor. However, a 2019 law raised the age for a juvenile to be charged as an adult from 17 to 18 years old.New York City crime increased on the subway by 30 percent and more than the 22 percent increase in general major crime across the city in 2022, The Daily Mail reported.”

New York City Mayor Eric Adams, a raging liberal Democrat, stated toward the end of 2022 that the city is now “laser-focused” on fighting back against crime. A report published by Bloomberg revealed that this year the department would spend an additional $20 million every month on police overtime.

Gee, you know what would be better than that? Hiring more police officers to patrol the streets. Tougher penalties for juvenile delinquents, coupled with mental health evaluations, welfare checks of the home, and allowing chaplains to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to kids during lockup. That’s the best thing for these troubled young men.

“New York City! What a place. The Big Apple,” Fox News’ weatherman stated in the video.
