California Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein has not been to work at Capitol Hill all week, as her office has now officially revealed that the reason for her absence is related to a health matter she is currently dealing with. I mean, everyone has health issues from time-to-time, and Feinstein is getting way up there in age, so this isn’t entirely unexpected.
“The senator is in California this week dealing with a health matter,” a spokesperson for Feinstein told reporters.
“She hopes to return to Washington soon,” the representative followed up.
According to a report published by the Daily Wire, no additional details were given concerning what the health issue might be. Currently, at the age of 89, Feinstein is the oldest member of the Senate. Over the course of the last several years, the senator’s colleagues have raised concerns about her mental fitness. What this translates to, of course, is that there are folks who want her seat and are doing all they can to dissuade her from running again.
If Democrats were really concerned about the mental fitness of those who serve in important positions within our government, then President Joe Biden would have already been subjected to a rigorous cognitive test to determine whether or not he’s fit for duty. We have plenty of reason to doubt his mental fitness.
Look at the endless list of gaffes he’s racked up, dating back to his presidential campaign during the 2020 election campaign. The man needs a cheat sheet just to know where to sit or stand. He bumbles around, wandering mindlessly, often requiring intervention from his Secret Service detail or his wife to get him back on track. And yet, you don’t see Democrats rushing to question his mental fitness like they do Feinstein’s.
“Feinstein, who has been a member of the upper chamber since 1994, announced last month she would not seek re-election in 2024. Three prominent House Democrats — Reps. Adam Schiff, Katie Porter, and Barbara Lee — have announced campaigns to replace Feinstein in the Senate. Another Senate Democrat, John Fetterman of Pennsylvania, is experiencing health problems,” the Daily Wire reported.
“Fetterman, who suffered a stroke last year during his campaign, checked himself into a hospital two weeks ago to receive treatment for clinical depression, according to his office,” the report explained. “Democrats control the Senate with 48 members plus three independents, including Sen. Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona, who recently left the party. Republicans are the minority party with 49 seats in this session of Congress.
The Democratic Party has proven time and time again they are dedicated to a mission. That mission is to perfect the human race and end suffering, which sounds all kinds of noble on the surface until you realize they plan to do that by expanding the size of the federal government, stripping society of individual liberty, and handing all the power to “elites” they believe are fit to run the personal lives of every single human in this country.
Fulfilling this mission is of utmost importance. In fact, it’s far more important than the very people in their own movement, thus they have zero moral issue with using these individuals like cattle to accomplish the implementation of their agenda.
