There was a disturbing incident in North Carolina Tuesday night, as a man became enraged over a basketball rolling into his yard, prompting him to chase a family down the street while firing at them.
The dad was critically injured, while the mother and six-year-old daughter were grazed by bullets. The alleged shooter emptied his magazine as he ran towards the fleeing family. Once he ran out of bullets, the shooter ran and is still at large. Check this out.
A North Carolina 6-year-old and her parents were shot Tuesday night by an angry neighbor who fired at them after a basketball rolled into his yard, a report said.
Kinsley White was wounded along with her mother, Ashley Hilderbrand, and father, William White, when a gunman opened fire around 8 p.m. in Gaston County after he became enraged about the bouncing ball.
Clearly there was more at play here than a basketball. The alleged shooter is exactly the type of person that is making it more difficult for law abiding gun owners. It is unknown whether the gunman had mental health issues, or if he even legally owned the firearm.
Neighbors told the station a group of kids was playing basketball when the ball bounced into the alleged gunman’s yard.
Suspected shooter Robert Louis Singletary grew angry and ran down the street as he fired at a neighbor, they reportedly said.
Then he came back and began shooting at the family, including the young daughter, who needed stitches on her face from bullet fragments, WSOC-TV reported.
Her father was also hit, and was still in the hospital Wednesday, police said.
He reportedly tried to draw gunfire toward him to keep his kids safe before he was struck in the back.
“We don’t even know the man,” Kinsley told the station, adding, “Why did you shoot my daddy and me? Why did you shoot a kid’s dad?”
Hilderbrand was grazed by a bullet and is recovering at home with her daughter, WSOC-TV reported.

Truly a scary, sad, strange story. However, what isn’t mentioned is almost as interesting. The family in question that was shot at is white. The alleged shooter is black. Will this story get the old memory-hole like so many that involve black on white violence?
It should be noted that in the recent shooting of Ralph Yarl, a black teen, the shooter was a white man, and it is mentioned prominently in every report in the mainstream media.
The leftist media has an agenda in terms of race. They love nothing more than dividing us racially, and mentioning the race of Yarl and his alleged shooter are priority one. Meanwhile when a black man chases a white family down the street allegedly popping shots before hitting the father, mother and daughter, race is nowhere to be found.
This is why we can’t trust the media. This is why outlets like the one you are reading now are important. All of the facts are relevant, and the fact this was a black man shooting at white people should be taken just as seriously. Instead, this story will go largely unreported because of the racial aspect.
It is shameful that in 2023 we can’t trust the media to NOT manipulate us, but that’s where we are. Hopefully the alleged shooter is caught, brought to justice, and locked away.
