Yet another pro-life activist has come forward to allege the use of intimidation tactics by the Federal Bureau of Investigation after they sent agents to her mother’s house just over a month ago. If you remember correctly, the FBI harassed, arrested, and intimidated pro-life activist Mark Houck last September on charges that he violated the FACE Act during a protest outside of an abortion clinic in 2021. He was cleared of those charges.
“I believe the FBI’s true motive behind their visit to my parents’ home was to intimidate me and my team,” Elise Ketch went on to tell the folks over at the Daily Signal, according to the Daily Wire.
Ketch, who is a member with the Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising, or PAAU, made the claim after pointing out that, as far she knows, the FBI has “never” tried to reach out to her or her attorney in order to follow up from the visit.
The Daily Wire reported there was Ring camera footage taken that clearly shows two women who identified themselves as agents working for the bureau, talking with Ketch’s mom at her childhood home in Virginia.
“The agents said they wanted to speak with Ketch, insisting she was not in any trouble, but they would not state the purpose of the visit other than to claim it was to discuss some information sent to them,” the report stated.
“Another video shows Ketch’s mother on the porch and calling her daughter to inform her about the visiting FBI agents. Mom, don’t tell them anything, Ketch replied,” it continued. “Ketch said she had ‘no idea’ what the agents wanted but guessed they attempted to discuss one of her colleagues facing prosecution.”
Ketch then goes on to discuss fellow PAAU activist Lauren Handy, who was charged with a violation of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act by allegedly preventing people from having access to a baby murder mill, which we in our degenerate, politically correct culture refer to as an “abortion clinic.” The charges were brought against her by the Justice Department.
“While they reassured my mother that I was not in trouble, it’s also possible that they see me as a threat due to my pro-life activism and intended to investigate me,” Ketch said in her conversation with the Daily Signal.
The FBI, as of this writing, has not issued a comment on the situation.
The bureau, along with other federal law enforcement agencies is being used as a weapon against political opponents of both the progressive agenda and the current administration, a fact we have seen demonstrated over and over again in recent years.
Look at the active role the FBI played in facilitating the Russian collusion hoax alongside Hillary Clinton, who failed to win the presidency not once, but twice. Or how about the raid on former President Donald Trump’s Florida estate? The cover up of Hunter Biden’s laptop? It’s pretty clear that progressives like FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Merrick Garland are abusing the power and authority invested in them by the American people. Both need to be removed from their posts.
“Ketch was arrested along with other pro-life activists in March for blocking traffic in front of a U.S. House office building. Handy said the group was demanding ‘justice’ for the aborted fetuses she claimed to have obtained from a D.C. facility that provides abortions, according to The Washington Post,” the Daily Wire reported.
Later in the interview with the Daily Signal, Ketch said, “This weaponization of our government institutions protects the abortion industrial complex, and it reinforces that we must disrupt these unjust power structures. The most prevalent domestic threat to our country is the murder of thousands of preborn people by abortion each day. It is not terrorism to nonviolently intervene and rescue these powerless children before their slaughter. I’m willing to risk my own freedom and sacrifice my rights in order to secure theirs.”
It might be time to give serious consideration to the abolition of the FBI.
