Brand new details concerning a possible corruption scheme involving both Hunter Biden and his pops, President Joe Biden, along with Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian energy company, have been dragged into the light on Monday as investigations into the family are beginning to drill down deep. One such detail is that corruption allegations were made to a federal prosecutor back in 2018, which was quite some time ago. And yet, nothing was done about it. Crazy, right?
It’s almost like we have a two-tiered justice system in this country.
“Bud Cummins, a U.S. attorney-turned-lobbyist, wrote to the top federal prosecutor in Manhattan in 2018, sharing that Ukraine’s then-Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko was willing to share alleged evidence of crooked behavior by Biden dating back to when he was vice president, according to emails reported by Just the News on Monday,” the Daily Wire reported.
“The documents came to light days after House Oversight Chairman James Comer (R-KY) announced that he issued a subpoena “demanding the FBI produce an unclassified record alleging a criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national” with a deadline of May 10,” the Daily Show reported.
“Lutsenko believes Biden and former Secretary of State John Kerry ‘exercised influence to protect Burisma Holdings in exchange for payments to Hunter Biden, (business partner) Devon Archer, and Joe Biden,’ Cummins told then-U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman in 2018. Alleged evidence and “John Doe” witnesses could corroborate claims that Biden, who as vice president led U.S. policy in Ukraine, got a cut from Burisma founder Mykola Zlochevsky through an LLC, Cummins said in the emails,” the report continued.
Hunter Biden, along with his business partner Devon Archer, who once worked as a campaign adviser for the disastrous John Kerry, was handed a prison sentence of over a year after he was convicted for participating in a fraud scheme, was also serving on the Burisma board of directors. Birds of a feather flock together and all that jazz. Vitor Hokin, a Ukrainian Prosecutor General, led a corruption investigation into Burisma, but was soon forced out of office after our then-Vice President Joe Biden, flexed his political influence.
“It has been known for years that Cummins made contact with Berman concerning Ukraine, as evidenced by an ABC News report in 2019, but the emails he sent add more detail to the outreach. The allegations also made their way to former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who, as former President Donald Trump’s personal attorney, brought the claims to the media and sought a congressional inquiry into the matter. The Ukraine issue ultimately led to Trump’s first impeachment by the House, and later acquittal by the Senate, after his administration was accused of slow-walking military aid to Ukraine while Trump pushed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to investigate the Bidens,” the Daily Wire said.
While Cummins is reported as saying that he never received contact back from Berman after he had a brief phone conversation with him and then sending out emails, he did receive a notice from Apple that several federal prosecutors got their hands on data from his iPhone thanks to a subpoena in 2019, which is around the time of the Ukraine-focused impeachment mess against former President Donald Trump took place.
So the left it all about holding politicians accountable for their actions so long as they are right-wing politicians and not the individuals who are on their own side of the aisle.
Why is that?
Because they are concerned more with the agenda than they are with individual accountability. All that matters is advancing the agenda. They are willing to do that by any means necessary, even if that translates to using people who are dirty scumbags to do it. And that’s how they’ve managed to be so successful.
