Jackson Mahomes, the brother of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Pat Mahomes was picked up on an aggravated sexual battery charge Wednesday stemming from an incident at a Kansas restaurant in February. He was arraigned at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon, posted bond, and was released. The judge scheduled his next hearing for May 11. Under the bond conditions, he’s not allowed to discuss his case publicly.
In February, Mahomes allegedly shoved a waiter and forcibly kissed the female owner of an Overland Park restaurant. It is not a good look for Mahomes, who is openly gay, or Patrick Mahomes, his brother. Check this out.
“He forcibly kissed me out of nowhere,” Vaughn said, “and I’m telling him, pushing him off saying, ‘What are you doing?’ and then he proceeded to do it two more times, where the last time I was pushing him off, and I can see on the cameras that somebody was outside the office door, and I was yelling for them to come help because he’s big and massive.”
Of course, Mahomes lawyer is denying all of the allegations. He said:
“Jackson has done nothing wrong,” attorney Brandan Davies said. “Our investigation has revealed substantial evidence refuting the claims of Jackson’s accuser, including the statements of several witnesses. We have reached out to law enforcement to provide the fruit of our investigation so that they may have a complete picture of the matter.”

Jackson Mahomes and Patrick’s wife Brittney have been a constant thorn in the side and embarrassment for the Chiefs and Patrick, and it appears that is not going to stop anytime soon. Since she is unable to stay quiet, Brittney said:
“They are ignorant,” she said of the people who criticize Jackson. “He is a human just trying to live his life and find his way and until you walk a day in his shoes (which no one ever will) you have no right to say s— about him.”
She continued, “So it’s best to just shut up.”
While it is admirable that Brittney would come to the defense of her brother-in-law, the way she approaches it is very true to her name. She and Jackson are both flamboyant, narcissistic, and attention-seeking. It is a testament to Pat Mahomes generational talent that he can stay focused and perform with the constant spectacle being created by his wife and brother.
Mahomes would be best served to go the route of Aaron Rodgers and cut ties with his problematic family members. However, as long as he can perform on the field without the constant distractions hindering his play, the circus will continue, and Jackson and Brittney are the sideshows, while Patrick is the main event.
Hopefully, Jackson Mahomes will realize he is out of control and tone down the antics before he lands in some real trouble.
