The Internal Revenue Service is essentially the physical and governmental embodiment of Satan and his minions, a truly diabolical agency that is literally tasked with draining the economic life out of American citizens by reaching into their wallets and yanking out the money they shed blood, sweat, and tears to own, without even bothering to ask for permission.
What’s worse is that if you refuse to wet the beak of the federal government, the IRS will toss you in a cage for years on end. This sounds like robbery, right? The only thing that’s missing is a gun in your face.
Well, don’t you worry. the IRS now has that part covered too.
According to Breitbart News, the most hated agency in the federal government has spent a whopping $10 million on firearms, ammo, and what’s being described as “military-style gear,” over the course of the last three years, the New York Post stated, citing a report published by Open the Books.
Here are some of the findings concerning the purchases the IRS has made since 2020:
- $2.3 million on duty ammunition
- $1.2 million on ballistic shields, plus another $1.3 million on ‘various other gear for criminal investigation agents” – very non-transparent description
- $474,000 on Smith & Wesson rifles
- $467,000 on duty tactical lighting
- $463,000 on Baretta 1301 tactical shotguns
- $354,000 on tactical gear bags
- 267,000 on ballistic helmets
- $243,000 on body armor vests
The agency, which should be abolished as soon as humanly possible, also snapped up “3,000 units of optics-compatible tactical holsters for weapons with optical sights and weapons lighting systems.”
Open the Books shows the agency has spent a total of $35.2 million on guns, ammo, and gear since 2006. On August 10, 2022, Breitbart News reported that an IRS job listing for Criminal Investigation Special Agents stressed that applicants must “carry a firearm and be willing to use deadly force” in order to carry out their duties. On April 27, 2023, Breitbart News noted the IRS was hiring armed agents to fill vacancies in all 50 states.
Hey, do you all remember back when the IRS got busted targeting conservatives in an attempt to prevent non-profit organizations from being able to take a stand against Barack Obama in the 2012 presidential election? I remember that too.
It seems that the radical left has always been deeply involved in transforming various government agencies into weapons meant to to silence their political opposition. Which is obviously what they are doing in this case as well. Why does the an agency designed to collect taxes need to be armed to the teeth? Are they planning to start getting violent with folks who don’t pay their taxes or submit their forms on time? Something smells fishy here, that much we know for sure.
We’ve all been witness to President Joe Biden and his Attorney General Merrick Garland weaponizing the Justice Department and the FBI to attack conservatives. It started with the bold and blatant raid on former President Donald Trump’s Florida property and continued with the arrest of a pro-life activist after the decision by the Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade.
These people need to be held accountable before they start marching down our streets in jackboots ready to take anyone who disagrees with the administration to the gulag for reeducation.
