It seems with every passing day, more and more evidence is popping up that proves President Joe Biden is involved in a number of schemes and acts of corruption. And today, Wednesday, is no different, as GOP lawmakers are now demanding that the Federal Bureau of Investigation come forward with a record allegedly featuring evidence that shows Joe Biden, during his time as vice president, was involved in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national.
“Senate Budget Committee Ranking Member Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman James Comer (R-KY) released a joint statement saying that the information was obtained from a whistleblower,” the Daily Wire reported.
“The document, an FBI-generated FD-1023 form, allegedly details an arrangement involving an exchange of money for policy decisions,” the statement revealed. “Comer issued a subpoena today following legally protected disclosures to Grassley’s office.”
A report from the Daily Mail also stated, “It is a significant update in the Republican ‘influence-peddling’ probe into the Biden family and come just hours after a report said prosecutors were close to deciding whether to criminally charge Hunter Biden in his tax and gun probes. The Oversight Committee has accused multiple members of the Biden family – including Hunter and Hallie – were involved in ‘shady’ business deals where they profited off of the family name.”
“We believe the FBI possesses an unclassified internal document that includes very serious and detailed allegations implicating the current President of the United States,” Sen. Grassley went on to claim.
The Daily Mail report goes on to say that iin a letter that was sent out to Attorney General Merrick Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray on Wednesday, several top members of the GOP have stated that because the disclosures from the whistleblower are “credible,” they are now looking to gain access to an internal “FBI-generated FD-1023 form” by issuing a subpoena.
“We have received legally protected and highly credible unclassified whistleblower disclosures. Based on those disclosures, it has come to our attention that the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) possess an unclassified FD-1023 form that describes an alleged criminal scheme involving then-Vice President Biden and a foreign national relating to the exchange of money for policy decisions,” the senators go on to write in the letter.
“Based on the alleged specificity within the document, it would appear that the DOJ and the FBI have enough information to determine the truth and accuracy of the information contained within it. However, it remains unclear what steps, if any, were taken to investigate the matter. The significant public interest in assessing the FBI’s response to this information, as well as growing concern about the DOJ and the FBI’s track record of allowing political bias to infect their decision-making process, necessitate exacting congressional oversight,” it added.
We obviously know by now that the elder Biden has been involved with a whole lot of bad stuff, but the question I have is whether or not anything is going to come out of this? Will Biden actually be held accountable? I have fairly serious doubts that will actually happen.
