They say that stupid is, as stupid does.
If that statement, made famous in the film, “Forrest Gump,” holds any sort of truth — and it most certainly does — then Bud Light fits the definition of “stupid.”
The beer brand, which is seeing catastrophic losses financially speaking due to a boycott of the alcoholic beverage that has been going on ever since the company partnered with transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney, just announced that they would be making a $200,000 donation to the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC), according to the Daily Wire.
They have learned absolutely nothing from the Mulvaney debacle. NOTHING.
Anheuser-Busch, Bud Light’s parent company, recently announced the news of the donation, to the NGLCC, which refers to itself as “the business voice of the LGBT community,” in a press release called, “Bud Light And The NBLCC Continue To Empower LGBTQ+ Owned Small Businesses Across America.”
“We look forward to extending our work with the NGLCC to continue making a positive impact on the LGBTQ+ businesses that play a critical role in bringing people everywhere, together,” the announcement went on to say.
“Anheuser-Busch has a strong track record of industry leadership in supporting the LGBTQ+ community,” it read. “Over the past 20 years Anheuser-Busch has supported both local and national non-profit organizations that are committed to advocating for LGBTQ+ equality.”
The money will be used to provide support for the organization’s Communities of Color Initiative, which they say is “is designed to support the growth and success of minority LGBTQ+-owned businesses through certification, scholarships and business development.”
The NGLCC was ticked pink by the donation, responding to it by saying, “We’re honored to continue our partnership with Bud Light in support of LGBTQ+ businesses.”
Again, this is proof that money and profits do not matter to woke companies. What matters is the messaging. They are no longer concerned about being successful, only in serving their purposes as propagandists for the radical left and pushing the progressive agenda on the American people, whether they want to hear it or accept it or not.
The progressives at these major corporations hate you. It’s the truth. Might sting a little to hear it stated so plainly, but that doesn’t change the fact it’s reality.
Bud Light has been taking hit after hit financially due to their support of this agenda, yet, here they are, going all in on it again with this donation. We’re talking about a company that now has to buy back expiring cases of its own product because people are boycotting it, which could result in losing its status as the number one selling beer in the country, maybe even the world, and this isn’t enough to get them to pull out of politics?
“A previous report from The Daily Wire revealed that Bud Light and Anheuser-Busch would be sponsoring at least three different Pride parade,” the Daily Wire concluded.
Guys, Bud Light, and it’s parent company, are willing to go under in order to push the LGBTQ ideology, which, by the way, has its sights set on grooming children. This is a wake up call.
