According to three different sources familiar with the situation, President Joe Biden has not yet been interviewed by the Justice Department concerning the investigation into his handling of classified documents that were discovered in several private locations. Gee, how convenient, right? And leftists within the administration really expect us to believe there’s no such thing as a “two-tiered” system of justice in this country?
If that’s the case, explain how former President Donald Trump has already been indicted on charges of mishandling classified files that were found at his Florida residence and Biden hasn’t even been interviewed by federal law enforcement.
“Sources told NBC News there are few signs that the inquiry into Biden is winding down, a stark contrast to the probes into former Vice President Mike Pence and former President Donald Trump over their handling of classified materials after leaving office,” the Daily Wire reported.

“Biden’s team said they found about 10 records marked classified while clearing out Biden’s office at a D.C. think tank in the days before the 2022 midterms, although that discovery was not made public until January, when CBS News broke the story of a DOJ inquiry,” the report continued.
Ever since then, searches that have been conducted by Biden’s attorneys, along with the FBI, have taken place at Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware and his beach house located in Rehoboth, both of which yielded up materials that were of interest to investigators.
“Some of the documents found in locations linked to Biden date back not only to his time as vice president but also to his tenure as a U.S. senator. Biden’s representatives have insisted that they have been cooperative with investigators,” the Daily Wire added.
The legal team currently representing former Vice President Mike Pence — who announced his GOP presidential campaign on Wednesday — stated that the DOJ has decided not to pursue any criminal charges against him for the files discovered at this home in Indiana. Of course they aren’t going to pursue charges against Pence. His last name isn’t Trump. Nor does Pence, God bless him, have any sort of real chance at taking the nomination for the GOP.
No offense, but he’s up against two titans in Trump and DeSantis, both of whom have a well established track record of standing on their values and carrying out campaign promises. The nominee will be one of these two men. All others need not apply.
Thus, Pence does not pose a threat to Biden and as such, does not warrant a full on assault the way the former president does.
Trump revealed on Thursday evening that the Biden administration’s DOJ has indicted him on federal charges revolving around what he referred to as the “Boxes Hoax.” The former president has stated repeatedly that he is an innocent man.
“Attorneys for Trump visited the DOJ on Monday as special counsel Jack Smith reportedly neared a charging decision on the storage of classified records and obstruction of justice by resisting the government’s efforts to retrieve the materials, which included a raid of the former president’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida last summer,” the report said in conclusion.
