Pop superstar Taylor Swift is aiding the Democratic Party in their efforts to destroy the United States and replace it with a socialist nightmare government built on the ideas cooked up by Karl Marx by creating an Instagram post that led to a record breaking number of voter registration sign ups. Doomsaying? Look, this woman is probably the biggest force in modern popular culture and she’s a raging left-winger. I think that’s reason to be concerned, don’t you?
According to the Daily Wire, Voter.org spoke with Insider, where they revealed they just experienced the largest National Voter Day Registration Day since 2020 on Tuesday of this week, stating some of the reason for the turn out was no doubt the Instagram post from Swift.
“Are you registered to vote yet? I’ve been so lucky to see so many of you guys at my US shows recently. I’ve heard you raise your voices, and I know how powerful they are. Make sure you’re ready to use them in our elections this year,” the singer went on to say in an Instagram story.
“The 33-year-old singer included a link to Vote.org and noted that it takes less than two minutes to register. Swift currently has 272 million followers on the platform,” the report said. “Vote.org noted that 35,252 people registered to vote and 157,041 eligible voters visited the site on Tuesday, representing a 22.5% jump in total registrations and a 115% increase among 18-year-olds compared to last year, Insider noted.”
CEO of Vote.org, Andrea Hailey, put out a statement referring to the numbers as “record-breaking.”
“During the day on Tuesday, we saw a 1,226% jump in participation the hour after Taylor Swift posted. Our site was averaging 13,000 users every 30 minutes — a number that Taylor Swift would be proud of,” Hailey said in comments made to the outlet.
The megastar didn’t used to be so publicly outspoken about her political views until 2018 when she started to support Democratic Party candidates after the general public pressured her to stop being silent.
“In the past I’ve been reluctant to publicly voice my political opinions, but due to several events in my life and in the world in the past two years, I feel very differently about that now,” Swift went on to write in a social media post just before the start of the 2018 midterm elections.
“I always have and always will cast my vote based on which candidate will protect and fight for the human rights I believe we all deserve in this country. I believe in the fight for LGBTQ rights, and that any form of discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender is WRONG. I believe that the systemic racism we still see in this country towards people of color is terrifying, sickening and prevalent. I cannot vote for someone who will not be willing to fight for dignity for ALL Americans, no matter their skin color, gender or who they love,” she continued.
Because you can’t just make music that appeals to the humanity in each and every human being. You have to pick a side in the culture wars and alienate people and be an evangelist for your side’s agenda. That’s what the left wants. To keep us all separated by our political views. Sad times.
