You don’t want to mess with Oklahoma Republican Sen. Markwayne Mullin, which is what a labor leader giving testimony before a Senate committee learned on Tuesday afternoon after Mullin read a post published by the leader on X/Twitter where he insulted the politician and challenged him to a fight. Mullin responded to the post by informing the labor leader they could throw hands right then and there.
“During a Senate Help Committee hearing, Mullin read Teamster boss Sean O’Brien’s tweet that said he’d take Mullin ‘any time, any place.’ Mullin stood up and began taking off the ring from his finger, before Vermont Independent Sen. Bernie Sanders called for order and told him to sit down,” the Daily Caller reported. As usual, leftists are all bark, no bite.
Check out some of the transcription of the exchange via the DC:
“‘Quit the tough guy act in these Senate hearings. You know where to find me? Any place, anytime, cowboy,’” Mullin said, reading the tweet directed at him.
“Sir, this is a time. This is a place. You want to run your mouth? We can be two consenting adults. We can finish it here, Mullin said.
“Okay, that’s fine. Perfect,” O’Brien said in response.
“You want to do it right now?” Mullin asked.
“I’d love to do it right now,” O’Brien responded.
“Well stand your butt up then,” Mullin said.

I have a great idea. How about someone start a brand new series for streaming services that features boxing or mixed martial arts bouts between elected officials and constituents or other elected officials? All of the proceeds from such events can go to charity. I think it would really draw in a lot of viewers and make the realm of politics far more interesting. I mean, imagine getting an opportunity to get in the ring or cage with Bernie Sanders. Hilarious.
I’m sure that has absolutely zero chance of ever happening, but it’s funny to think about.
On the flip side, as much as one might want to get into fisticuffs with a person for lobbing insults, it’s honestly not worth it. No matter how you slice the cheese, fighting is assault for both parties involved. Why bother going to jail for a petty insult? The best way for Mullin to get back at this Teamster thug is to just keep doing his job and standing up for the Constitution.
Nothing will get under the guy’s skin more than being unflappable and hard to intimidate. Guys like that really enjoy having power and control over other people and when they are denied their heart’s desire they fall to pieces. This is a clear demonstration of how weak they are. Imagine being such a snowflake that in order to express your masculinity, you need to threaten someone for holding different opinions than your own with physical violence?
That has become the default response by the radical left, which is just proof that Democrats are betas. No wonder they hate former President Donald Trump so much.
