Laughter exploded in the White House briefing room after Fox News White House correspondent Peter Doocy made a rather hilarious slip up when trying to say President Joe Biden’s name. We could all use a little levity in our lives, don’t you think? Things are hard in America right now. And it’s always been saved laughter is a balm for the soul, so let’s slap a little on the wounds and get some relief.
So what did Doocy say that was so darn funny? He referred to Biden as “President Obiden,” somehow managing to make an amalgam of both former President Barack Obama’s name with Biden’s as he posed a question to National Security spokesman John Kirby concerning Vice President Kamala Harris supposedly disagreeing with the president about the current situation in Gaza.
“Is President Obiden … is President Biden … okay,” Doocy went on to say as reporters began to laugh.
“Yes, he is,” Kirby replied.
“Yeah, is he … thank goodness … Is President Biden okay that people from the vice president’s team are going to the press with this?” Doocy continued, attempting to regain his composure.
“The president is comfortable and confident that in Vice President Harris he has a real teammate, a significant leader who understands the foreign policy direction that he’s trying to take our country in and our leadership on the world stage, and is candid, forthright, educated, smart and willing to tell him exactly what she thinks. I’m not going to talk about what her advice and counsel is to the president … The entire leadership team here all understands the importance of making sure Israel is more precise, more cautious and more deliberate in their targeting,” Kirby responded.
Reports have been stating that Harris, who is pro-Palestine all the way, is applying pressure to the president to come more publicly in support of civilians in Gaza and wants the country to be “more forceful at seeking a long-term peace and two-state solution.”
The only problem with that, of course, is that radical Islamic terrorists, such as Gaza, have zero interest in peaceful resolutions with the Jewish state. The Quran commands them to make war on Infidels, unbelievers, especially Jews and Christians who their scriptures refer to as “People of the Book.”
With a religious motivation to wipe out Jews and Christ followers, there’s no amount of political negotiation that will bring peace to the region. Instead, Israel is going to have destroy Hamas. The group only understands the language of brute force. It’s sad, but true.
All one has to do see this is true is do some research on the history of the Islamic religion. A great book is “Sword and Scimitar” by Raymond Ibrahim and “The History of Jihad” by Robert Spencer, not to be confused with raging white supremacist Richard Spencer.
This will give you an accurate picture of the way the so-called “religion of peace” behaved itself from the beginning and how those who are functioning as terrorists are actually being true to its roots while the moderates are the apostates. Obviously, I’m not saying terrorists are good, I’m saying the roots of Islamic religion are saturated in blood and thus is dangerous to the survival of the Western world.
