Abortion destroys life.
It is, after all, the very nature of the procedure. Termination of life before the soul inside the womb has even had a chance to experience the beauty of creation. However, it’s not only the pre-born child’s life that is obliterated, but the life and soul of the mother too. Some experience the sorrow of being responsible for the death of their own child by sliding into a sort of madness where they attempt to silence the guilt inside through becoming an activist and screaming from the rooftops how happy they are they murdered their own flesh and blood.
While it might seem they are engaging in this form of activism as a means of convincing others to shed the blood of the innocent, in reality, they are haunted by what they have done and are trying to convince themselves they aren’t an evil person and that what they did was not a crime against God, society, and their own offspring.
The other kind of mother who is destroyed by abortion is the one who feels sorrow, regret, and remorse. It’s this kind of person who does not fight to justify what they have done, but accepts it for what it is. They are scarred forever and acknowledge that they will likely never fully escape the feeling of dread, mourning, and guilt they have for terminating the life that was growing inside them.
This second group is what former pop singer Kaya Jones of the Pussycat Dolls falls into. Jones recently shared her story with a crowd of people gathered for the Walk For Life West Coast that took place in the city of San Francisco. During the speech, Jones admitted that she regretted getting multiple abortions, which she says she underwent after being pressured to do so by the music industry.
“I come from an industry that promotes abortion,” she said, according to the Daily Caller. “If you want to have a baby and you want to be a recording artist and successful, they encourage that you abort.” The former star continued, “I have a Grammy, but none of it will bring my children back.”
Jones, pouring out her heart to the crowd, revealed that she aborted her first child at the age of 16. She’s now 39.
“It harmed me, and I felt like as though someone had took something that had always belonged in my body,” she recalled. “I remember waking up and feeling like someone took my rib or my kidney, and it was never going to come back … I don’t know the death date of my first child, and I will never know the birth date. There’s no grave I can go to, to mourn the death.”
Jones told the crowd she became pregnant again at the age of 19 when she had just begun her career with the Pussycat Dolls. She said she was immediately told to “get rid of it.”
The callousness one must possess in order to refer to a living human being as an “it” and non-chalantly tell a young girl to murder a child without having any sort of remorse, hesitation, or empathy is shocking. Abortion is an evil that comes right from the mind of the Devil and you’ll never convince me otherwise.
The former star recalled a life-changing moment she experienced while still recovering form her abortion. She said she was performing at a concert and noticed two little girls looking at her in admiration. She immediately felt rattled by the promiscuous image she was role modeling to her young fans.
“The Lord used [them] to speak to me that day,” Jones told the crowd. “That conviction hit me to my core.”
The singer then said that no amount of money and popularity was enough to free her of the pain that ripped through her for aborting her babies.
“There’s nothing beautiful about it. No matter how much money you may have, no matter how much fame you may receive, no matter how many records you may sell,” Jones remarked.
“When you abort a child, you are killing a piece of God. You are being literally the hands and feet of Satan,” she explained.
That is a statement that should chill a person to the bone. Whether you believe in God or not, whether you believe in Satan or not, that is irrelevant. You can tie a blindfold on and say you don’t believe in the automobile while crossing the highway, you’re still going to go splat.
Decide for yourself, this day, who you will serve. Who will be your master? To serve one’s self is to serve Satan.
