The Republican Party just scored a massive victory one day before Election Day in Cobb County, Georgia, which is run by Democrats, who thought they were going to once again lie, cheat, and steal a victory from beneath former President Donald Trump by counting 3,000 absentee ballots that would arrive well after the Election Day deadline. The case was taken to the Georgia Supreme Court where it was determined that those ballots could not be counted among the final results.
HUGE election integrity victory in Georgia.
Democrat-run Cobb County wanted to accept 3,000 absentee ballots AFTER the Election Day deadline. We took this case to the Georgia Supreme Court.
We just got word that we WON the case. Election Day is Election Day — not the week…

Rules exist for a reason, which is a concept that liberals have a really difficult time understanding. Here’s a prime example of what I mean:
Why are you trying to keep Americans from having their votes count?

Nobody is trying to prevent an American citizen who has a legal right to participate in an election from having their vote count. You have plenty of time to vote early and mail in ballots BEFORE Election Day. And you can go in person on the very day the election is held. Lots of options exist. If a person does not responsibly get their ballot turned in on time, they have essentially forfeited their right to vote. That’s on them. It has nothing to do with the rest of the country. Again, rules exist for a reason.
In reality, if we as a nation were to prioritize voting in person again, well, we wouldn’t so often run into these kind of issues. And if the local government has failed to provide its people with everything they need to cast a ballot, then their elected officials are to blame. Choose better folks next time.
Here’s what the super liberal ACLU had to say about the ruling:
This afternoon, the Georgia Supreme Court denied relief for Cobb County voters who requested absentee ballots on time but did not receive them on time due to the county’s failure to mail them promptly. The lower court had ruled that an extension of the absentee receipt deadline was necessary in order to protect these voters’ constitutional right to vote, but the Georgia Supreme Court stayed that ruling, removing the relief that the lower court had ordered. The November 8 extension deadline that the earlier order had issued is no longer in effect.
“Because of this ruling, we urge all affected voters to prioritize voting in person on Election Day, November 5, 2024, if at all possible. If a voter has their absentee ballot but cannot vote in person on Election Day, they should hand deliver that ballot to their county elections office as soon as possible. If neither is an option, we urge voters to immediately send their ballot back to the county via overnight delivery, if possible. Only as a last resort, should voters simply mail their ballots. Unfortunately, there are voters who will not be able to access the remaining options and will not have their voices heard in this election as a result of this ruling. This action follows an emergency lawsuit filed November 1, 2024, by the American Civil Liberties Union, ACLU of Georgia and Southern Poverty Law Center,” the release concluded.
Let’s hope other groups are successful in any necessary attempts to preserve election integrity.
