Vice President Kamala Harris is coming back out into the public spotlight after hiding for the rest of November — minus a couple awkward appearances — and is resuming her position as the clown princess of politics, going on to debut a brand spanking new accent. This is comedy gold. So glad she’s back to her former glory, aren’t you? It gives us plenty of fodder to write about and it’s always a blast to poke fun of her.
A report from The Western Journal states that a new clip posted on social media platform X on Thursday features a public appearance by Harris, one of a handful since President-elect Donald Trump beat the snot out of her in the early part of November. Harris spoke before a group of black state legislators where she debuted the new accent.
“I knew y’all were in town. I couldn’t let it go without coming by to say, ‘Hello,’” Harris said to the attendees at the National Black Caucus of State Legislators 48th Annual Conference. Oof. That’s just so cringe. I mean, that’s the beginning of the speech, the opening line. And it’s killing my soul already. Who decided to allow Harris to ever open her mouth in public again. I know, I know. I just gushed how hilarious it is when she gives speeches, but that also comes with a helping of second-hand embarrassment.

Why does Harris do this? Does she really think this makes her more relatable to her audience? We all know it’s not her real accent and it makes her look obnoxious. Despite her annoying personality, horrendous cackle, and her even dumber policy platform, all of which led to her defeat at the hands of Trump, Democrats are still hailing her as the favorite to be their party’s nominee in 2028.
What kind of insanity is this? Or is it stupidity? With the left, one can never really tell.
I’m not really opposed to her running again. We beat her once. I have a good feeling we could do so again. Especially if she approaches her campaign in the same way she did this time. Just imagine it, guys. If Vance runs, it would almost be a lock he would pull a victory.
In the meantime, we can only surmise what her political future might hold. Probably a few more videos of speeches where she tries out new accents and gives us all a gut busting case of the giggles.
