While President Donald Trump has been in the Oval Office less than a week, he’s already pulling in the highest approval ratings he’s had since January 26, 2017. And that’s not surprising when you look at all he’s already accomplished since the inauguration. The president has already signed orders declaring there are only two genders, launched the deportation operations, pardoned pro-life political prisoners along with the Jan. 6 captives — and that’s what they were — among many other huge and beneficial measures.
I’d say he’s off to a truly brilliant start, wouldn’t you?
Here’s more on this from Napolitan News:
Initial reaction to President Trump’s flurry of activity has been largely positive. A Napolitan News survey found that 57% of voters approve of his performance while 39% disapprove. Ninety-five percent (95%) of Republicans voice their approval along with 39% of Independents and 20% of Democrats.
Seventy-three percent (73%) of Evangelical or Bible Believing voters approve. So do 59% of Catholic voters and 51% of other Protestants. Among Jewish voters, 38% approve and 59% disapprove. The president’s lowest ratings come from atheists, only 29% of whom approve. The current 57% approval rating matches the first approval rating for President Biden measured by Gallup. This is up twelve points from Trump’s first approval rating during his first term. President Obama’s initial approval rating was 68%, while George W Bush’s was identical to Trump’s and Biden’s at 57%.
The report then states that the results of the poll are in line with the mostly positive response Americans have had to the major executive orders Trump has signed to date. Earlier this week, Newsweek reported that the president’s second term kicked off breaking records.
The beginning of President Donald Trump‘s second term has seen his net approval rating reach a historic high, according to Rasmussen Reports, with the latest Presidential Tracking Poll showing a net approval of +14. This marks a significant milestone for Trump, breaking previous records set during his first term. The poll, conducted by the conservative-leaning polling company over a two-day average from approximately 829 U.S. likely voters, showed that 54 percent of respondents approve of Trump’s job performance, while 40 percent disapprove.
A three-day rolling average of this data is set to be released on January 23, with a five-day rolling average following on January 27, which Rasmussen frequently employs to enhance accuracy through larger sample sizes. The margin of sampling error for the full sample of 1,500 Likely Voters is +/- 2.5 percentage points with a 95 percent level of confidence.
What does all of this mean? Simply put, Americans really like Trump. And the reason they like him is because, unlike the majority of politicians, when he says he’s going to do something, he does it. Trump keeps his promises, which shouldn’t be as revolutionary as it is, but that’s reality. And people like his policies. They believe in his platform.
Contrary to what liberals have been trying to get us to believe, progressivism is not the ideology that most citizens of the country hold to. Most are center-right. And it’s mostly been this way for decades. It’s sort of infused in our DNA. Those who turn radical left have some screws loose. I think plenty of examples back me up on that conclusion too.
Pray for Trump’s continued success.
