Newly installed Attorney General Pam Bondi took it upon herself to personally take down freshly installed large framed photographs hanging on the wall in the Justice Department that depicted former President Joe Biden, former Vice President Kamala Harris, and former Attorney General Merrick Garland. I think she just made a powerful, strong statement, but without using a single word.
What’s the statement? Out with the old, in with the new. There’s a brand new sheriff in town and things are about to undergo a significant change. I, for one, am super excited about the whole thing. We desperately need to clean up federal law enforcement agencies and restore their reputation to one of protecting and serving the American people instead of arresting and prosecuting Democratic Party political enemies.
Taking down the photos comes after many, many concerted efforts by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, along with other members of the justice system, tried to imprison the president for bogus crimes, get him removed from the ballot, fail to adequately protect him twice, and make him irrelevant through trumping up — pun absolutely intended — the claims about his responsibility for the Jan. 6 riot.
Employees who were holdovers from Biden’s DOJ put the photos up three weeks after Trump took office. Bondi, however, ripped them down from the wall. Good riddance.
“Attorney General @PamBondi went into the DOJ in DC today and noticed that on the walls in one wing they still have big framed photos of Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, and Merrick Garland,” the New York Post’s Miranda Devine recalled in a post on X. “This is ‘ridiculous’ three weeks into Donald Trump’s presidency.”
“So she took down the photos off the wall, there and then, on her own, and stacked them in a corner where we hope they will never be seen again. Bravo!” she added.

It’s pretty clear that the reason these employees put up the pictures of the Democratic opponents of the president as a dig at the current administration. But what they don’t understand is that it’s too little, too late. The whole thing was a meaningless gesture.
However, ripping them off the wall speaks volumes to the American people. It’s a symbol of change, which is something we’ve all been longing for, ever since Joe Biden first took office in 2021. And now, our time has finally arrived. Trump is holding to his word and truly working to make this nation great again.
