A brand new video posted on the Team AOC account on social media platform X seems to hint toward New York Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez laying the foundation for a potential White House bid in 2028, which is the last thing this country needs, as we’ve already had someone mentally handicapped in the Oval Office when Joe Biden was president.
Democrats didn’t learn anything from the shellacking they took in 2024 after former President Biden’s single term in office. The American people have had enough of far-left politicians and their agenda to destroy our country and rebuild it according to blueprints left behind by communist Karl Marx. No more.
President Donald Trump mopped the floor with former Vice President Kamala Harris, who herself seems to be in possession of an IQ south of a toddler’s shoe size. What makes the radical left think Ocasio-Cortez will fare any better? Especially after all the success Trump has been enjoying in the first quarter of his term?

The video looks like campaign material. All those slow-motion shots of a crowd at a rally with audio of AOC blabbing on and on about various liberal talking points. It’s textbook.
Okay, so if it’s true that Ocasio-Cortez is considering a run for the Oval Office, what are her chances of actually becoming the nominee that squares off against Trump’s predecessor?
Well, according to new data published by Newsweek, those chances have doubled in a week. Terrifying, right?
“The popularity of U.S. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York is intensifying not just in her home state but nationally, lifting her long-term stock as the Democratic Party’s potential presidential nominee in 2028,” the report said.
Ocasio-Cortez, a fourth-term congresswoman, has become one of the most recognizable faces of her party since defeating 20-year Democratic lawmaker Joe Crowley in 2019. She’s become synonymous with progressive ideals and policies, such as the “Green New Deal,” that have been maligned by Republicans over the years. She and progressive independent U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont have visited multiple states as part of their “Fighting Oligarchy Tour,” drawing large crowds in blue states like California and red states like Idaho.
Online betting markets are showing signs that Ocasio-Cortez, 35, could be a formidable candidate in 2028, even with the next election more than three years away. Kalshi, a Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) exchange that trades on the outcome of future events, showed her stock rising early on Thursday to 12 percent—tying her with California Governor Gavin Newsom, and putting her slightly ahead of Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro (10 percent).
The article then mentions that AOC has witnessed an increase in her popularity or favorability in the data collected from other polls. A survey of 8-2 voters from her home state that was conducted by Siena College Research Institute between the dates April 14 to 16 has revealed that 21 percent of Republicans view her in a favorable light.
Okay, I think any Republican who has a favorable view of her should be ejected from the party immediately. You might look at other Democrats and see the decency in them, and that’s fine, but Ocasio-Cortez is incompetent. Majorly incompetent.
Denny Salas, former Washington, D.C., consultant and field organizer during former President Barack Obama’s first term, told Newsweek that the adulation toward Ocasio-Cortez is meaningless at this juncture.
“There’s always room for loudmouths with no serious plans to improve the everyday lives of working-class Americans,” Salas remarked in the analysis of the situation. “AOC is currently running the same and tired playbook of ‘Trump-Hate’ some Democrats have been running since 2016. It may win an election here and there, but it is unserious.”
“Americans have seen this movie before, running on anger and hyperbolic sensationalism,” he continued. “Americans want solutions to fix our disastrous primary and educational systems, presently steering America toward an uncompetitive future. They desire a sustainable economic future that enables them to achieve the American Dream, and currently, the Democrats are not offering any of that.”
