Journalist Matt Taibbi, most well known for his release and analysis of the Twitter files, slapped a massive $10 million libel lawsuit against Rep. Sydney Kamlager-Dove of California, on Thursday after she accused him of being a “serial sexual harasser.”
As usual, when liberals cannot use counter arguments against someone they disagree with or who is asking tough questions, they opt to try and destroy them personally, proving that these individuals are ruthless psychopaths who care nothing for the truth.
Kamlager-Dove made the comments on Tuesday during a hearing for the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee, going on to push the allegations harder by posting on social media. Taibbi’s lawsuit responded to Kamlager-Dove by saying the claims are “demonstrably false and were made with actual malice.”
“There is not much a person like me can say to a member of Congress hiding behind the protections of the Speech and Debate clause of the Constitution,” Taibbi went on to write in a Substack post.
“One can however respond to a member arrogant enough to repeat those claims on social media,” the journalist added. “I’ve now done so, in the form of a $10 million libel lawsuit filed today in a New Jersey federal court.”
There is not much a person can say to a member of Congress hiding behind the speech and debate clause of the Constitution.

According to The Daily Caller:
Kamlager-Dove alleged during the hearing on the “Censorship-Industrial Complex” that Republicans were “elevating a serial sexual harasser as their star witness” to distract “from the dumpster fire this administration is pursuing.”
Taibbi’s lawsuit states the Democratic lawmaker relied on “unverified, decades-old satirical content that had been widely discredited by prior legal action and public corrections—corrections of which she, as a public official with access to such information, was undoubtedly aware.”
“Defendant’s decision to republish the statements on X and her website, outside her legislative duties, further demonstrates an intent to harm Plaintiff’s reputation in his home state and beyond, rather than a good-faith engagement in legislative debate,” the suit goes on to say of the allegations made by Kamlager-Dove.
The legal team representing Kamlager-Dove, along with Taibbi’s lawyers, did not, at the time of the writing, respond to requests for comment.
Leftists have an arsenal of sick and twisted weapons they will deploy against those who hold to conservative values and principles. While they try to appear as the heroes of the story, they are, in reality, the villains.

Kamlager-Dove is just another in a long list of politicians being produced by the modern Democratic Party.
